My pick up was to be picked up at 12 and I did my check in on line so we did not lose time and we did not even get the truck till 12:45 so I feel like I was over charged to begin with the truck was suppose to be 29.95 and she charged us 13 miles and that is not right cause we made 2 loads and it is only a half a mile where I move to.were only 1 mile from your u haul location.this is really bullshit when she is the reason we lost almost 1 hour of our moving time I do expect a manger to make this right because we have use you guys before and this has never happened .her name is Octavia penn

The lady at the front was being rude to me the whole time, even yet at me. Bc I didn’t heard what she had told me, we were walking outside and she saw me coming and let the door close and almost hit my wife on her face. Definitely not going to rent a u-haul in that place ever again. I hope you guys see who the lady was. She was a black African lady. Unprofessional.

Dolly was an older model and built differently then instructional video. Couldn't figure out how to lower ramp. Had to call roadside. Service provider got out of bed and drove over an hour to help. I felt pretty stupid but he or roadside werent sure either. But we quickly figured it out. He even helped me load it. Thanks!


I turned the truck in a day early but it was after hours and I was charged $20 after hours charge. The manager told me I should have read my contract carefully. If I turned the truck in on the last day after hours I would understand an extra charge if it were after hours. I am 78 and we have been renting U haul most of my life. I was very dissapointed.

First of all I set up for a UHAUL truck to be picked up on Sunday in Cedartown, GA and when I arrived there was no truck or info even though I had my confirmation number. The lady at Cedartown was really rude and could have cared less. The RUDE lady at Rustys in Cedartown states they did not even have a truck for that day and it was corporates problem if it said they had one on line. The website states I was to receive $50.00 if this were to happen. Called customer services and the lady stated I did not give appropriate time to allow for them to obtain equipment therefore I would not be receiving the $50.00. No where on the website does it state having a time frame for obtaining trucks. It says they have one available or not. This is where on the online scheduling is a down fall for UHAUL. When questioned what the stipulations were for receiving the $50.00 she did not even know the rules. She placed me on hold to find out and came back to phone still with no clue on who or what qualifies for the $50.00. Finally got a truck in another town and when we returned it was checked in through the app. No clue why UHAUL is performing online services when they get them totally wrong. I was charged the $20.00 fee for return the next day and we actually did what we were suppose to for avoiding this fee. Now I am out $70.00 ($50.00 for uhaul mistake $20.00 for next day fee). I am very disappointed in customer services and everyone I spoke with had an attitude and rude. These representatives had no clue what specials and or offers the company they work for offer. They just pass on the issue to someone else that then puts you on hold and then dishes you off to someone else. I called to question my bill and since my brother drove and we both were there when we picked it up she needed verbal consent from him for them to talk to me. This is not HIPPA land. I asked a question on why they billed MY credit card. I have used UHAUL in the past for moving and have had no issues. I would never recommend ROME, GA and or Rustys in CEDARTOWN GA. Customer services representatives need to take courses on being prepared on the services they provide and know how to answer the questions besides saying I don't know its not my department. Very disappointed in care that was received. The truck needs an alignment as we felt as if the wheels were going to fall off when you are up with speed as its shakes like an earthquake on the Richter scale.
