An extra step to get to get into the truck would be helpful for short people (5'2") like me would be very helpful .

IVAN VThe older gentleman I dealt with while returning truck was rude and horrible customer service. The vehicle had check tires and check engine sensors on the whole trip. I was informed morning picked up to disregard the sensors for which they have brought up, but nobody from UHaul has resolved issue. Half way during trip truck engine was making weird sounds. Also, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Times would be on, and other times nothing was coming out of vents. The tires also need to be replaced for which are overdue for replacement based off hardly any tread on tires. Lastly, the driver and passenger doors have to be slammed to shut completely.
