I've used this location before and the rental process is usually pretty quick and easy. It would be nice if upon return someone would do a quick walk around of the truck and provide a final receipt on the spot, though I've never had a problem with the actual bill being incorrect later.

I was charged 2 days for one day use and had to file for refund. I was only refunded the day charge and not the $14 second day insurance fee even after asking for it.

We were called just 15 minutes before the closing time on Saturday and told that the keys couldn’t be found but the U-Haul is there. And we couldn’t make it to the U-Haul location in 15 minutes before it shuts. We were spoken rudely to and were told we will be charged for extra day and would be charged for lost keys even though we dropped the key properly and our 24 hours usage wasn’t over and we returned it in just 4 hours. The employee was extremely rude and arrogant and the overall experience was very bad!

Nice people but did not explain anything about the return except that the key could be returned in the drop box after hours. Called multiple times to let them know it was returned. Spoke to other people from UHaul and was told I would get a call with final rate which did not happen. I was over charged on fuel. NOT HAPPY.

The staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. They did not cooperate with me at all and hung up the phone on me because they had customers in person although I was one of their customers. When I did physically come in, I felt like my presence annoyed they and felt very unwelcome. I would NEVER go here again. If you work customer service and you can't so much as act like you care about all your customers, you should not be employed.

Truck's odometer was set to km instead of miles so the I was overcharged for using extra miles during the move when in fact I was under if you convert from miles to kilometers. Did not explain that the truck needed to be returned by certain time. I was charged for an extra day.

Sales clerk dose not know how to use computer Spend almost 2 hrs try to take key for vehicle was dispatched to me ( by U-Haul customers service ) but was still sitting on they lot for over 1 hr , cuz sale crea I refuse to give key , owner of location rud ! Unprofessional! Did not try to help at all ! Refuse to look at reservation ! Told me it’s my problem not his !

I would have given a better review if they had told me the total price before I reserved the vehicle. They have a tax and you definitely would take a basic liability coverage. Of course it is not specific to this pickup location. But just a hint that you must be prepared for a price that is at least $25 more than the offer they make. I felt a bit cheated here. I also did not find a push button for parking lights.

The office was closed when I arrived, and the location could use a much larger Uhaul sign to attract a driver's attention. The trucks stand out obviously, but the office door is in the back, dark, and the only indication was a small "Open" sign that was lit up. I returned the Uhaul during the daytime.

I showed up to pick up a 15' truck and 3 dozen pads, which I had ordered on line ahead of time. The owner informs me that he only has a dozen pads and it's on me to call other deals. I told him I just drove 3.5 hours and he could have called ahead to let me know. I had to ask him to make calls to find the pads, then I had to go get the pads. The truck wasn't ready when I got there and the dozen pads he did have he brought them out dropped them on the floor and told me I could load them myself. I have rented countless times from Uhaul and everytime all the equipment was loaded and ready to go, this was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I should have had to drive over 10 miles to get equipment I pre-ordered, I should have had to ask for them to call around and find d the missing equipment. This was such a bad experience I'm not sure if I rent from Uhaul again.

Over charged for gas I was charged 43$ because the gas was a little bit underneath 1/4 tank of gas when I got the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas

I had cancelled furniture dolly and did not take it. Still I was charged for it when i got an invoice. There was no convenient way to get it remedied except to call the 800 number which I was not given after calling the rental place. I even tried to send email at an address provided in the invoice but got a response that I was not authorized to use the email address.
