Tree in way of truck passage and no signage other than do not drive on grass but I was on the path and hit the trees above. The lady was super helpful and nice though and made up for the experience. Location also harder to find

Your customer service is non existent! Not once was I notified of an issue with truck availability until I called for pick up location. First, I was scheduled for a 26 footer, pick up in Corpus at 9am. Second, I was told I would be called by 8am with its exact location. When I called at 9am I was told truck would now be available at 4pm. Third they said you had a twenty footer I could have but it was in Rockport, Texas. This was not right! Rockport is not Corpus Christi, it's 38 miles away and I've just driven over 200 miles to get truck in Corpus. I had no choice. I had only that day to load. I leave Corpus Christi and head to Rockport, being told they would text me its location. Fourth, I arrive in Rockport 45 minutes later and NO text received. I see a u haul office with 20 footer sitting out front, so I pull in. I walk in give the young lady my name and asked if that was my truck. She says; oh no, that's reserved for a client picking up tomorrow. She said she'd get our location for us. She pulls up my name and says "well it says here, your angry! And, I don't have good news for you". She said the 20 footer I had driven 38 miles to pick up was not being turned in till Sunday, but they could definitely have me a truck Sunday. Really!!! I told her to call traffic. I wanted the truck out front and I needed it now. She did and said I could have it and they gave me an extra day and an extra 100 miles. I DIDN'T NEED AN EXTRA DAY! I NEEDED SOME ONE WHO GAVE A DAMN AND WOULD DO WHAT THEY SAID. AND AN EXTRA 100 MILES? I HAD TO DRIVE 80 MILES OUT OF THE WAY, ROUND TRIP TO GET SOME ONE ELSE VEHICLE! My entire experience was bad! I truly hope you can fix your personnel problems and return to the U-haul I remember.



The lady at this location, while she was just closing up, went ahead and received the trailer, was friendly, helpful and beyond pleasant. She really went out of her way to help us.



My reservation location for Thursday PM did not have the size trailer I had reserved. This was the only location in Rockport that had one. The location was over grown with weeds and the mosquitos were terrible. The young lady in the office was nice, but strangely the office closed daily at 3PM resulting in my not picking up the trailer until Friday AM.

The Auto Trailer was exactly what it was for, an automobile and not a pickup. I got to my destination and the truck i was trying to haul did not fit on the trailer. When I returned the trailer and mentioned the trailer was not for a pickup she stated it was for an automobile only. They refused to refund my money. I will not use this UHAUL dealer again in the future.... The whole reason to use UHAUL is to save money, Wasted trip and expenses....

Revoke their franchise. Make them inspect trucks to avoid horrible problem we had. Nearly went on fire from faulty trans.



Actual person to person communication after the truck is rented & in transit. Don't send a NO REPLY text msg that says "per our conversation" when there was no conversation & overcharge me a week after the vehicle is turned in!
