Location had minimal options and the property was a bit seedy. But, as a seasoned u hauler it was easy enough to navigate the progress on my own anyways. If you're reading this as a beginner to this whole thing, I highly suggest using one of the other locations nearby that may be more user friendly. IF YOUR USING THE APP: Have a full battery upon starting. It's going to ask you to upload a photo of every detail . Truck smelled of cat puke but it did what needed to be done. Pros: it's nearby and the folks leave you well alone
COURTNEY CArrived to pick up van at appointed time to an unplowed lot, snow covered vehicle, rented dolly propped against an outbuilding. App wouldn’t function for pick up. Crashed multiple times before lockbox code was provided. No place to park car while using van. Wasted an hour plus of our rental window trying to raise the owner to give assistance to extract keys out of lock box. Van was in good shape, although dented door was noticed on pick up. While we were prompted on drop-off to document the vehicle condition from multiple angles, which we did, there was no such prompt to document vehicle condition at drop-off. All in all, while we love this U-Haul service, and have used it multiple times — at least once a year while living in Portland, Maine, this midcoast location is not up to your standards. Given the robust nature of the Camden/Rockland market, one must believe there is a better partner for you there.
