We got there and a tire was low and they helped fill it up. We had ordered a dozen blankets and they did not have them.

Was much more expensive than anticipated. Gas mileage sucks.. Not even a full load and I paid for 6 gallons to refill tank for 30 miles on Country roads! That's 5mpg! Items were what I loaded and unloaded with minimal help and I am 65, so not overly heavy items. Something feels off.
Better computer/network at rental location
Uhaul customer service sucked. The location was fine. They had me go 55 miles out of my way and charged an extra 40 so for a 15 foot box 200 dollars including tax and it was still to small to move everything.
This was the best way to move and the most reasonable! Thank you!
The location and pickup were fine, but the customer service person had significant problems working with the U-haul software. The software refused to advance to a point of accepting the credit card. While it may have been user error, my observation of the process was that the service person was following the directions and if something was missing that was not intuitive. As a result of the multiple attempts to engage the credit card screen, I was notified by my credit card company of "suspicious activity" on my card and the need to obtain a new card. So, thank you u-haul for adding some complication to my life. Please see if you can make your rental checkout program more user friendly.
Cab was dirty and last renter must have been a smoker as there were ashes on the seat and the floor.
The employee at this location was very helpful and friendly! Helped hook up equipment and show everything to hook up ourselves. We had to drive an extra 30miles one way to get the car dolly we reserved online at a site in Fridley that said had it there! Told This location gets a lot of people from long distances having to this as well. U-Haul has to improve there online sites to correct this!
I was not happy with the scheduling of the trailer. My reservation was changed 4 times and I had to drive over an hour to get it. There are 10 locations within 15 minutes of my home and none of them had a trailer to rent.
Dropped trailer off after hours so we didn't have any contact with the store.
MAke the computer process at the store more user friendly. Had many computer problems at the store.
It took a hour an half to get my truck cause they didn't know where the keys were
Was great. Drop the reciept and drop the trailer. They did nothing wrong. Was familiar with the location that's where the drop off location was I told them when I picked it up. This is a wonderful store.

I had to go way out of my way to pick up truck ,cause the other location I was suppose to go to truck was in shop, said they would charge me 79 cent per mile ,they charged me over a $1 per mile,they told me they would not charge my card till I bought truck back,they charged my card $79.09 then put it back into my account then charged #68.00 all this was charged the day I went to get truck,then when I took truck back tried to tell me they didn't charge my card $68.00 but when I got my bank on the line they said oh wait we found where we did charge her card,so the balance was 140.00. 209.00 total ,but I had to drive extra miles to this location at 119 per mile when she said 79 cent per mile, Bad Experience.
Jon was very helpful, despite u hauls very inefficient rental system that makes you sign you're life away.
When I picked up the truck the back door was froze shut and I had to pry it open. There were 5 dozen pads all strewn around and a dolly. I had to fold them all and drive the truck up to the office to return the items so I wouldn't be charged. Not impressed at all!!

The back of the truck wasn't swept out/rope from previous person was left in the back and tied up. The guy that helped me at the beginning didn't explain paperwork with me or how much to fill gas up. I got the truck and it had almost 3/4 left but the guy never told me I didn't have to fill up all the way so I went and filled the tank up all the way so I wouldn't be charged for not doing it. He ran out of truck paperwork so ended up giving me trailer information but writing the truck number and how big it was in the sheet. Very disorganized.
I ordered 1 dozen moving blankets two weeks prior to my pickup , when I got there they had 0.. They called around and found six, but I was not driving around two counties to pick up half my order.
