Kennith L.The interior of the truck was absolutely filthy. The check in on the phone doesn't take into account the inside of the truck. While the pickup process was easy, I was severely disappointed by the inside of the truck.
Adam B C.The after hours fee is bogus. I dropped my truck off a day ear but it was at 9 pm and the store was closed. There was a key drop and they checked the truck in at 7:45 am the next day and still charged an after hours service fee. No one serviced me after hours. I would have waited had I been made aware of that fee. It was absolutely unnecessary.
