We arrived at this location and it was closed. Our steering wheel on our towed vehicle was locked up and we couldn't get the ramps to go down. We called Uhaul main number for assistance. They would not send someone out to help. They said their people could not touch our car. We called AAA they would not touch U hauls dolly. We Jacked up the dolly off of our hitch and secured it with a cinder block so we could just get home after driving up from Florida. The next day we called the Rock Stream Uhaul. Michelle was lovely and very helpful. She was able to get our car steering wheel unlocked. She hooked our van hitch to the tow dolly and got the ramps lined up. She got in my car and and drove it off the ramps. Then the receiver popped off the ball. The dolly hit my van and slammed my car down. My 2012 Toyota is totaled. Michele was so nice but she did not tighten the receiver to the ball an this caused the incident. We followed all of Uhaul instruction to a tee. I drove 55 mph all the way from Florida. I watched their videos and called for instruction several times. I have no experience with towing and hitches. Bottom line don't rely on Uhaulrene H.

It took me over an hour to check in because of the weak signal for WiFi at this location. It was very frustrating because I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the truck to begin with and then taking forever to get through the online pickup was ridiculous. And I requested a dolly which I was charged for and I never received it. Then they wanted me to return it at a location which was another hour and a half away which I refused to do and requested it to be returned to Greensburg, Pennsylvania instead. Once I dropped it off at Greensburg, Pennsylvania we were told we went over our miles when the agent that was booking our reservation told us we had plenty of mileage and that we wouldn't go over. If I had returned it to the Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania location which is where they wanted me to drop it off, I would've been way over the mileage. After this experience, I don't know if I'll ever want to use Uhaul again!Christine M.

I had a reservation for an auto transport trailer to be picked up on Saturday after Thanksgiving, I tried to get one from the more local uhaul location but they didn't have one. So the rep called me at 830 am and told me there was one at this location 20 miles away and to be there at 11:30. I get there, no one was there. I called said representative back and was informed "I was on a list to be called" that my reservation had been switched to another location 40 miles farther. I flipped out and drove 20 miles home empty. I couldn't take the one there because hook up needed to be supervised and I couldn't hook it up even if I took pics for approval. I messaged uhaul on facebook and they sent me $50 for failing on their reservation agreement. That really helped make up for the whole thing trailer only ended up costing me 10 bucks from said location on following monday.David S.

Driver's side window had been left down so drivers seat was wet as well as inside of door. The person checking me in did not wear her mask appropriately. I had to tell her I am high risk. The only reason I did not give this place a poor grade is because they are local and saved me having to drive 20 miles one way to get a UHaul.MARYC H.

Tow dolly had a flat tire before leaving for usage, check engine on U-Haul truck at pick up. Swapped the tow dolly for auto transport and lighting on trailer did not work.... horrible experience... truck broke down on way to destination. Had to wait 3 hours for repair!!!
