I was told that the business was open 9 am - 5 pm. We returned the truck at 2 pm Friday, October 19, and could find no one on premises. I called the 800 number to ask for guidance in making the return and talked to Caroline who knew the time we brought the truck in. We used the drop box. I called today to make sure they saw and checked the truck (which they did).

the office was a dump that had not been cleaned for a month with litter and trash across the floor and desks covered with half opened boxes and litter. there was a blanket one one chair suggesting someone slept there. the receiving agent could not figure out the total charge as the mileage showed 80000 to start and 68000 to end, so i never got a bill. he said his manager would call. he never did and we got a charge on our credit card for $9500+ due to excess mileage of over 22000 miles. we would have had to drive the truck at 400 miles an hour for three days, less loading and unloading and sleep. i called uhaul and the customer service person said they get this kind of thing all the time and could not correct the charge. in addition the supplying site charged us $156+ for the same rental, so we have two charges on our bill. we will never darken uhaul's doorstep again.

The place is a mess and looks pretty broken down. No one was actually there when I returned it they just had a sign up saying be back in 20 minutes. I waited an hour before I just left. They didn't actually process my return of the truck until the next day so now an extra day charge is being tacked onto my card. Don't use this as your drop off location.

I was over charged for a rental and the equipment used at this location. This is the second time I have been overcharged by a U-Haul franchise.I will never use U-Haul services again.

Work on the front end of the truck I used, felt like I had no control over it, shaking, rattling. But it did the job....but seriously work on the front end...

The attendant operating this location was extra helpful! When I arrived there was a lady & her daughter being helped but it seemed they didn't have a reservation so he was calling other locations to see if there was one available. This was great customer service! He was very nice & conversational when it was my turn & when the guy came in behind me, who kept asking questions while I was being serviced, he politely answered all his questions. He did a great job helping everyone.

I have used UHaul before but my experience with this location was the best I ever had. Harold was amazing! He was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating! He remembered my name and was willing to help me when I needed it most! I will definitely use this location again!!!
