I had a transaction that was refunded to me on 9/01 however as of today (9/07) the funds haven't been credited to my account. I have called my bank and I was advised that there is still a hold on the funds on the Uhaul side. Please release the funds. Reference account #29475105

The Parson's location was excellent. However the bad review comes because of the horrific nightmare of multiple attempts for picking up the uhaul. We went to three different locations after we had originally made a reservation. Not to mention each location didn't have an appliance dolly so we had to drive back to the original location to pick up a dolly. Overall terrible experience. I will do my best never to use uhaul again. I believe I will go to Budget trucks next time.

The only thing I didn't like is I did express check in online and paid in full. My wife had to pick it up because i was at work and they charged her 28.00 extra dollars.She wasn't sure if that was a cleaning deposit or what.When I talked to Mack he called uhaul and they told him how to refund money.Mack told me he was sorry that he had nothing to do with that it pops up automatically but he did refund my money

The location was great; however, I was not so happy with reserving this trailed. The first person I talked to said you had plenty available. I wanted to confirm with hubby before reserving. Called back 2 hours later to reserve and was told there were NONE in a 50 mile radius. My gut told me the next day to try again. That CSR said there were plenty so I grabbed one. Then I tried several times to do the express check in and that was not smooth at all. Called the rental place and was then told they close at 6:00 (when my pick up was scheduled!) and I'd have to be there earlier to pick it up. Well, that suited me better, but thank goodness I called for another reason! The location itself was great so I have no complaints, but communication with Go-Uhaul not so much. The value of renting a trailer was fantastic but I did not select to get insurance and was charged that anyway although I did do express check out. So, what was the purpose of that? I don't want to appear unsatisfied because this was a lifesaver having the option to rent this trailer for $29.95 to get our son to college. But, you asked about my experience so I felt like you should know. I'd probably be much more frustrated had I invested alot of money with your company. I'll rent a trailer again in a skinny minute though, issues or no issues, because I do believe the value outweighed the issues.

I made a booking on Friday for a truck and a auto transport. On Saturday I received a phone call to confirm my rental, from whom I assumed was 5 & Dime, but was apparently control or something in Charlotte. They did not identify themselves properly from another location, but apparently I was to pick up the truck somewhere else, while the AT at 5 & Dime. They did not make this clear, nor did they send a follow up email or text to confirm what they had done. When I went to 5 & Dime it took a hour to get the equipment because the man there had to go through hoops to get the reservation fixed. Somehow my single reservation got divided into 2 different reservations. It was a mess.
