The guys at All City were very helpful, answered all my questions, and got me set up and on my way very quickly. I would definitely recommend both this location and the equipment I rented. I will certainly use them again!

Francisco R.Can I use 3 poop emojis? The only guy who knew how to check a IHaul transaction out slept in and was not available by phone. I thought I had checked in w/ everything but the hitch rating online. Another employee took my ID and sent me off. The next day I got a call saying the trailer was not checked out properly and was showing up as stolen. He took my info over the phone but the system kept crashing and it took forever, and 3 or 4 attempts to log my credit card information. The guy tried blaming me for the error. Shortly after that a lady from UHaul called and said the trailer was still showing as stolen and the police might pull me over. After some time we sorted it out.
Tim R.Driver wiper was damaged, I reported to back to representative, I was told to take it to another U-Haul store to get it replaced. Apparently they didn't have parts to replace the wiper. Well when I did stop to get it replaced the gentalmen at the store gave me a hard time. Not knowing I can stop at any U-Haul to get it fixed. The 2nd representative explain to the other Rep that yes this is how it's done and yes this truck is from this section. I was told to complain that where I picked the truck up. This should have been checked before letting the truck go on the road to Florida. Also the truck was in bad alignment with shacking vibration all the way to Florida. It was aweful. I reported to destination service provider in Florida. And also the passenger wiper also needs to be replace.
