Was threatened to be charged a $95 cleaning fee for a playing card that was already in the U Haul when I picked it up. Completely unsatisfied with this uhaul rental.

Please be aware of this company trying to over charge customers. Take pictures of the gas, miles, the whole truck inside and out before driving off their property and pictures sweeping the truck afterwards because they will try to charge you for everything they can think of. I've reached out to report this company with U-Haul Management and the BBB to put a stop to what they are doing. DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I drove straight from the pickup location to my house which is only about a mile from the pickup location to drop off location which is only about mile from my delivery location and was charged an extra for an extra mile. It was only 0.40 cents so not a big deal just does not seem right. I put more gas in than when I picked it up also. Not real happy about that charge for the extra mile.
I had to hook up the traylor to my car myself.i have always had someone at the uhaul do the hook up unless this is something new at uhaul.also the light were not working properly and we did not know that till we turned it in.that is not acceptable.

The service was Great and so was the owners who rented it to us. The rental process was quick and easy the Uhaul was clean and in good conditions. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone who is needing a Uhaul to rent from Bam Steam Clean!!
