The representative was very helpful, and extremely kind. It is rare to come across good customer service these days, and she was exemplary.
SARAH VI rented this online to be picked up on a Sunday, and the office is closed on Sunday. The online process to pick up the truck was very confusing and cumbersome. Thank heavens there was live chat to save me, or my moving day would have been ruined! The app wasn't accepting my email or password, so I had to use the web version. Ok. The "pick up my truck" wasn't an option for me, and thanks again to the live chat for helping me with that. Then the website wasn't accepting my pictures for no reason, because eventually it accepted the same ones I was trying to upload. Overall, I suggest having a statement on your website for people who pick up and/or drop off on Sunday to make sure we know how time consuming and cumbersome it might be. OR, Maybe have some open Sunday hours at the office. Overall, of course I am happy that I was able to get the truck keys, but I will never rent a Uhaul to pick up or drop off on a Sunday again.
