The vehicles check engine light was on and they charged me twice for everything. Insurance shouldn't be charged twice because you were late bringing the vehicle back. Nor should I have been charged twice for a dolly

Clarify if this is truly a self checkout and checkin location or not. The vehicle was not prepared properly for the initial self checkout. When checking the vehicle in, there was nowhere to turn in the keys. Customer Service said because it's not a self check in, but why wouldn't I be prompted this during the initial checkout? The whole process was extremely frustrating and poorly managed top to bottom. I will not recommend this location, nor self checkin/checkout process to anybody. I am still waiting on my $50 reimbursement for the vehicle not set up properly.

Customer service. The main person was rude. He could have been more friendly. He had his son on the computer and he wasn't to knowledgeable on the system and entered incorrect information. The main guy was arguing with me when I told him price didn't match when I first did an estimate when I requested rental. He finally checked his sons work on computer and fixed it. Just not friendly one bit. Takes away from any good experience with uhual

I normally deal with the 3600 Van Buren location, but your web site wouldn't bring it up when I put in my zips code. Your web page for reservations is somewhat a challenge to navigate.

If my initial pick up site is unavailable, then additional mileage should not have be charged to me. I overcalculated my expected mileage just in case I missed an exit and had to turn around and still had to pay an extra 2 miles. I am truly disappointed in the company for not seeing this charge or not caring.

I reserved a specific utility trailer due having a special need. Upon picking up, a different type of trailer was provided without explanation. I had noticed that the type of trailer I needed was not in the yard. Too late to go to another location.This is not a very good way of doing business and PR.
