Bad customer service
Nelson A.I probably will not recommend nor use uhaul again after this stressful moving day experience. Too many other options.
Ellis Y.I returned it on June 29th but got an email showing it wasn't checked in until July 1st. On 29th no one was trained to check it in and the guy who could was out of town. Now I'm charged for 2 extra days. I'm waiting on U-Haul to refund my money on this mistake. If not done in timely manner I'll file fraudulent charge with my credit card company.
Terry B.The drop off procedure took several hours because the Geo Locater didn't work and the Customer Service person at the 1-800# was insistent that we had to use that. This definitely needs to be improved.
