After being frustrated from the previous Uhaul location when picking up the pick up truck I was sent here to get the appliance dolley the gentleman here was very polite and he couldn't believe the other location was sending to other places to get equipment when I was promised to get everything in one place .

The uhaul shook a lot going over 55mph. When dropping off at the location, there was a tiny lot and no one to contact during the morning or late night. So I had to wait until the morning to call a different location that opened at 7am. It was my worst experience with uhaul.
More training in uhaul services for the young employees.

The staff at We've Got Mail was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to find just the right size Uhaul.
I had the reservation for 8:00and the worker got there at 9:30 I called customer support and they acted like ohhhh well??I reserved a 15 and they only had the 10 and charged me for the 15??never again would I trust U-Haul again ??????
The indevidual was late for me to pick up the truck and the after hours drop off instructions were not clear.

I was never informed that I would pay mileage, and I specifically asked the counter person and she responded no just replace the gas to the same amount. Will call and file a complaint.
The paperwork printed out the incorrect mileage and the associate stated he would corrected it in the system. On the paperwork he gave us he scratched out the old mileage and hand wrote in the new mileage.
ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE LOCATION , NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BE DROPPING OF TRUCK IN THE DARK . UNSAFE LOCATION
We had to attach the trailer to the truck ourselves then unhook it go to auto parts store buy adapter go back an hook it up again by ourselves. When calling on the trailer the lady couldn't tell me how to get to their store. Will not go back.
I was pleased with the location however not the Uhaul reservation process (online) or customer service via phone (National Line). I reserved a Truck original online to another location via the Uhaul.com website. When I arrived I was told that despite having a confirmation the location was no longer a U-haul location and they didn't know how I could have reserved it. This lead to 2-3 hour delay in a already stressful and tight moving timeline. When talking with U-Haul via phone they gave no explanation for how this happened, seemed unconcerned and while they eventually found me a truck an additional 15 miles away from the original location there was no acknowledgment of how the companies mistake affected me or my moving plans. I was very pleased with serves.
The truck was completely filthy and the driver's seat did not mive up. I'm 5ft tall, so I had to use 2 pillows to reach the petals. There was only one person working and multitasking between several customers. He was very apologetic but should have had help, otherwise what was the point in making a reservation.
The service was excellent. My reservation was for 9am and when I got there it only took a few minutes and we were on our way.
They charged us extra for a dolly and furniture pads when we didn't even get any.

Don't good be the run around and make them drive to another location to pick up and drop off the equipment after told the equipment was closest to their house. Also don't promise a discount and never give it to them.

Customer Service was horrible! Truck had NO gas in it despite what clerk declared on paper. What I reserved was not available and I was sent to this location only to get a smaller truck with no appliance dolly! An utter disaster! I will not use Uhaul for future moves!
I love this spot when I had self pick up I had a problem with myself pick up the system had entered my information incorrectly and one of the employees came out out of his own time after hours after work to come down to the office to help me with my paperwork to get my rental check I give them a five star rating
