The front desk told us we had the rental till Sunday and then we later reviewed my email after changing plans accordingly and were supposed to return on Saturday, having to pay an additional day.

The employees were very quite and the store seemed very messy. They may have been stocking. They also fid not act like happy courtious people. Was upset.

Disappointed . Drove 22 miles total. Put in 4.5 gallons of gas.= 4.8 miles per gallon. Is this correct? Or did I not get a truck with a full tank?

We had a steep driveway moving here in Maryland. The 26' truck I rented would not go past the bottom of the driveway because the hitch was too low. The hitch gouged the street which had to be repaired. I had to pay $150 for a wrecker to pull the truck out of the trench dug by hitch. Similar size trucks delivering our washer and dryer had no problem going up the driveway. The design if the low riding truck was not a good choice for our move.

On my contract the U-Haul personnel highlighted the return date to be 5-8-2018. but when we returned the truck on 5-7-2018 we were charged an additional $40 for and extra day.

windshield washers did not work. A very troubling circumstance driving through heavily salted highways. Driver wiper was loose at one end. I got very little instruction on how to use the truck such as what was "haul/tow" mode. Would've been very useful to have known that as I was driving on icy and snowy highways. Cargo bay light was burned out making unloading at night a problem.
