It took too long and I was the first person there and was already set up. What was really frustrating is I had a location near me set up and uhaul called me the day before to say I needed to go way out of my way to get the size truck I needed. Very frustrating it took uhaul till the last day to tell me that.

I was given a hard time by the people at Vin's Auto. They gave me a bad truck and they charged me an extra 14.00$ for insurance even though I did not want it. On top of this, when I call them they do not reply and they won't give me a refund back. I should be compensated for this.

There was one one customer in front of me and the employee took 30 minutes to accommodate them, then allowed another customer to cut in front of me because "she would be quick". I think the employee needed a lot more training on service and customer interaction
