This ended up costing more than advertised and what was expected. The equipment was not in the truck upon arrival. The truck had not even been checked in, and I was "checked out" by having my info written on paper before being given the keys. It's honestly shocking that U-Haul allows this location to rent their trucks.

Improve your app. It worked terribly and i still haven’t gotten it to work. While signing in it was a mess and somehow my account got merged with someone who has a similar phone number and there is no system in place to fix it. Also I definitely got charged extra but I am not even going to bother disputing because it is not work my time.

Robert CI tried reporting a VERY SERIOUS safety concern (store employee showing up at my home). The customer service gal is spoke to was amazing but the regional manager I spoke to didn't seem to believe me even though I came into contact with the employee AT MY HOME and at the store I rented it from. Also the store employee took a picture of my photo ID on his personal phone so now I'm even more scared about it yet I'm not being taken seriously. Very disappointing and concerning.
Carrie BHad a little trouble with the online link. Couldn't send pictures. We called them and and they talked us through sending them email. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Very satisfied.
