I arrived at the business within the posted hours of operation (the sign and website say 9-5 and I arrived at 10) and no one was there. I waited to go until I knew they would be open because I was returning a trailer. I've dropped off vehicles after hours before and you just lock it up an put keys in box- but with a trailer I had no way of securing the trailer from theft and really no idea where to put it. A business man from the business across the street came over and told me what people normally do (obviously this happens a lot) and I left the trailer with some other vehicles along the side of the property. I don't think it was a very good situation and I won't choose to return a rental there again.

I spoke with a representative located at your Reidsville, NC office and notified them that a mistake was made concerning the starting miles on the rental when I received it. I made only one trip from the rental facility in Reidsville, NC and traveled to E. Harris Place off loaded the rental and traveled back to the U-Haul rental in Reidsville, NC. It was exactly 33mi traveled and I turned in the rental round 5:45pm that same day I received the rental. Your employee did not properly log in the correct mileage on the rental used. I did not travel the 95 miles logged and only made one trip from U-Haul Rental in Reidsville, NC to 305 E.Harris Place in Eden, NC. I only spoke with the Reidsville representative about this and pre our conversation on or about 11/7/17 stated I would be charged only for 33mi at the rate of .69x33mi=$22.77 charge and not the incorrect mileage of .69x95mi=$65.55. Thanks and please resolve this issues with your staff at the U-Haul personal in Reidsville, NC.

The staff at this pickup location was friendly and knowledgeable but not able or willing to affect corrections noted at pickup to the Rt lower running light, license plate light, or right brake/turn signal lamp.

My car tires were too wide for the car dolly. Always make sure the customer has chosen the best and safest dolly or trailer to transport their vehicle. I had to get a trailer in Greensboro after getting a car dolly in Reidsville. The trip was safe and a wonderful experience once that was done.

We dropped off U-Haul in parking lot that was very well maintained and parking was available and easy. We used the mobile app to process the check in and dropped the keys off in the drop box. Super easy experience.

Location and staff were fine....online pick up / vehicle assignment was TERRIBLE! I followed all required online steps and all I got was "Vehicle has not been assigned" when I went to pick it up on Sunday Aug 13th. No one onsite to help and Uhaul regional manager Scott did not return my calls. Customer service rep, Jermaine, worked with me on the phone for 1 1/2 hours and did all he could but to no avail. Ended up having to get vehicle the next am at 9. Put me 3-4 hours behind. I WILL NOT use online services again!! Fix it or drop it!!

the U haul rep said I could just use the night drop. That he didn't need to be present when we dropped off our truck. We called before we went there, because our first drop off the sign sais he would be back at 2:30 pm a 1/2 hour wait for us. We didn't get a receipt. he said U haul will bill us. we had 3 miles over. He never looked at the truck, as he was busy with other people.

Well done. ONLY negative was that truck was in empty when I received it. I was given a fuel credit, but having to gas up immediately was a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, well pleased.

store was closed at 2:00 pm and we waited until 2:30 pm till associate was back. He was nice but only made adjustments that billed us. didn't give gas credit. I had to call the 1800 number for it. A District Mgr called and did the credit. So many things went wrong with my rental experience this was only one of many.

My problem is not with the office but with online. We registered was given a confirmation number and received a call back to confirm all of my online information and I even expressed checked-in yet none of the information was in the system when we arrived at the office and had to start all over again. This was a waste of my time and your office representative. Thank goodness the office staff was professional and courteous. We are retired veterans from the military and if your online system and office system isn't compatible may we suggest an upgrade or something. If the military ran like that we would lose more personnel and equipment than we already have.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The truck I'd reserved was dead when I attempted to start it to leave, but the staff member handled the situation quickly. I am appreciative of receiving a larger truck at the same rate (it was the only other unit in the yard) and I am happy that the staff member was so professional and diligent with her duties.

When the manager had a medical emergency and had to close his business, he made several calls to me to make sure that I was able to get the car hauler I had reserved. The box of the truck was not clean when I picked it up, I swept it clean before I returned it. Tried calling several times with no answer Saturday or monday. I was told gas was 7/8 full, it was not past 3/4 full when I picked it up. I had to leave it with more gas in it then when I picked it up. Not fair. Debits were taken from my account and I couldn't even get someone on the phone to help explain the charges. Will not use a Uhaul company again
