not a good booking experience. 6x12 trailer was available, then told it wasn’t, then told it was, then told it wasn’t. So I had the option of a 4x8. Then was told 6x12 was available.

Called the uhaul number and for some reason they didn't seem to communicate with the pick up location. We got a call asking where the truck was that was supposed to be dropped off at a certain time after we had already phoned and made plans to extend the time. Charged more than what was agreed on during first phone call.

uhaul rental businesses should be open on weekends.had to pick up trailer a day early because business was closed.this caused my son in law to miss half a day of work..Saturday the day it was booked for would not have been.a problem

On picking up the trailer, I requested the attendant to check the lights. He identified that one turn signal was not working. I accepted that issue. When I returned home with the unit, I found that it did not have any brake lights or either turn signal...only running lights. I phoned the rental number who directed me to repair number for Uhaul. They would not address the issue. After spending 30 min trying to contact Uhaul, I gave up. I returned the unit early the next morning at the same Uhaul location and phoned the after hours number provided. On examination of the trailer wiring, I could see that at least 2 of the wires were completely severed. In the discussion with the Uhaul contact, they identified that I would not receive a total refund and only partial. My invoice only indicates that the insurance portion has been waved. For a company that tries to promote safe practices I find this experience extremely unsafe and putting the customer at risk ! I have already raised a dispute through customer service and am awaiting contact before I take further action. Although this issue does not involve a significant amount, this business practice is totally unacceptable !
