Vehicle was not cleaned and had a bad smell, tried to contact location but it kept going to voicemail. When returning vehicle, owner was not professional and seems to be in a rush to take care of gis own business and didn't care much about the Uhaul business.

Lesley M.The truck a rented had no heat and it's the middle of winter... Moving in the freezing cold winter is bad enough, then to not have heat in the U-Haul was very frustrating and awful. Even when off, the vents were still blowing cold air. Everything else with my experience was great. The guy at the store was super nice
