Location did not know how to use the check in portion of the website. Took three attempts. Tried to charge me almost double my quote. Took about 20 minutes to get checked in. Then nobody helped me hook up my trailer.

Deliver equipment and supplies to one pick up location so the customer doesn’t have to deal with multiple pickup locations and split orders. Ensure all rental equipment is reserved and available at time of pick up. Don’t park equipment in mud, I had to clean my driveway after loading because the trailer tires were covered in mud.

I paid Perkins before I left their lot and three days later I was contacted by u haul saying I still owed the amount plus a 30 dollar late fee on the bill I already paid. At the location I requested a receipt and was told that I did not need one buy a lady with short blond hair who was in her upper 50s it appeared to me

Same as pickup location, no service. Just too to drop it over there by other trailers, which was on a down hill grade, and lucky if was able to stop it from rolling down to far. Thought abou tjust letting it roll on down the hill.

The truck smelled like urine, it was dirty inside, and the driver side door wouldn't shut all the way unless you slammed it shut. I contacted Perkins twice regarding a rental. First time was on 8-1-18. I left a voicemail and never received a return call. I called back on 8-2-18 and spoke to someone and left my name and number. I never received a return call. On 8-5-18 I reserved a 17' truck to pickup at 4:30 p.m. on 8-10-18. When I got there, all they had was a 15' and no mention of the 17' truck not being available. When I asked about returning the truck at noon on 8-11-18, the guy at the counter said it needed to be back before 8 a.m. because it had been rented at that time. I returned the truck at 9:30 Friday night. When I went to get my deposit back at 8:15 the next day, they were just getting to it. So much for it being rented out at 8. This was my first time dealing with Perkins Service in Raymore and it will be my only time. I would NOT recommend them.

The truck was filthy when recieved. The back was covered in shredded paper had cigarette butts there were unfolded blankets thrown all over the floor. The cup holders had spilled soda in them and when I returned it I told him the U-Haul was clean but when I received it it was filthy and had trash in it and cigarette butts and he kind of chuckled and said yeah I know I will never use this location again. Also they failed to verify the mileage on the truck before we took it out so when we return the truck the mileage was less than it showed on our out mileage so they had to estimate how many miles we used to charge us because they did not know how many we actually used. Will never return to this location. Awful 0 stars

When picking up the uhaul the secretary completely ignored me for a good 10 min while doing other things around her desk before she stopped to help me get it picked up- the only customer in the lobby.
