The rental van had a gas leak in the tank they gave it to me with a hole in the tank that's the 3 time I have rented an truck with a leak very worried and scared to drive like that had to return

'Service Tire Monitor System' warning was on. No truck available without it. One truck also had 'Check Engine' warning. Need better maintenance. UHaul customer service said location had moving blankets for sale, but none available on arrival.

The truck had less than 1/2 tank gas. After driving approximately 50 miles, did not know how much gas to put in so it would be the same amount. That's Micky mouse not starting with a full tank. If I was going a long distance, I would have had to fill up twice. Once in the beginning and again at the end. Your guy said that was the Uhaul policy to not have a full tank of fuel.

We were scheduled to pick up our u haul at 12pm. We showed up at 12 on the dot, the office was closed and a sign was put on the door saying ‘will return at 1pm.’ I then called u haul customer service and was sent to another location to pick up a truck. That location as well was closed until 1:15. I was pretty upset after that. We called customer service again and the woman I spoke to was very kind and offered us a bigger truck for the same rate as the smaller truck we originally reserved. By the time we were finished on the phone with the kind lady it was almost 1pm. We ended up going back to the original location and getting the truck there. This wasn’t U hauls fault, it was the location where we originally wents fault. Customer service had also told us that they were shutting down the location for the day because we were not the first customers to complain about that location that day.

Arrived 20 mins late to my appointment only to find the gentleman who works there decided to close for and hour. We left and came back an hour later. The employee was unfriendly and short with us. Didn’t bother apologizing for our inconvenience. I’ve been using this location for a couple of years and this will be my last time doing business with them.

Both workers were very friendly and helpful. I went like 10 minutes before closing and weren't bother by waiting and attaching the trailer for me, making sure everything worked. It was super easy and we brought back the trailer same night and then received an email of our invoice. Thanks

They overcharged me on gas. I think it was a way to extract more money. I had filled up to the amount before renting. I dropped off after hours so they email me the final contract/order. In the final order/contract, they showed that I didn't fill 1/8th to the amount and so I was charged about $8. Because I wasn't there, I couldn't dispute the charge. But I had filled it up to the right amount.

I do not recommend the mobile check in. I got charged double for renting 1 van for 10 hours and then I returned the keys first but once I started the mobile check in I couldn't get back in the van to take pictures. Will not use mobile check in ever again.

First, I would like to say I'm dissatisfied. I had no choice but to use a different location than my normal one due to truck availability so when I used the online system I marked to have a dolly and of the course the safe move protection. I drove the truck home and opened the back and there was no dolly so I proceed to call Uhaul and explain to them what the issue was. Was told I could get a refund for the $7.00 or I could go back to Ben's AutoCare where I got the truck and retrieve a dolly. Hmm, no because then I'm going to be charged the miles to go there and to come back so being that I also booked moving help through the website I sent a text and they informed me they are in possession of a dolly. Great! So I let Uhaul know and they note my account. Fast forward to when I received my bill...Here's the kicker dolly still on my bill and not only that it says I returned the equipment as well. Hmm, I don't know how I could return something that wasn't there to begin with. As fast as merchants are to take your money from your account they should be equally as fast putting it back in. Not satisfied at all and during stressful times the last thing you want and or need is for money transactions to linger.
