They overcharged me on gas. I think it was a way to extract more money. I had filled up to the amount before renting. I dropped off after hours so they email me the final contract/order. In the final order/contract, they showed that I didn't fill 1/8th to the amount and so I was charged about $8. Because I wasn't there, I couldn't dispute the charge. But I had filled it up to the right amount.

I do not recommend the mobile check in. I got charged double for renting 1 van for 10 hours and then I returned the keys first but once I started the mobile check in I couldn't get back in the van to take pictures. Will not use mobile check in ever again.

First, I would like to say I'm dissatisfied. I had no choice but to use a different location than my normal one due to truck availability so when I used the online system I marked to have a dolly and of the course the safe move protection. I drove the truck home and opened the back and there was no dolly so I proceed to call Uhaul and explain to them what the issue was. Was told I could get a refund for the $7.00 or I could go back to Ben's AutoCare where I got the truck and retrieve a dolly. Hmm, no because then I'm going to be charged the miles to go there and to come back so being that I also booked moving help through the website I sent a text and they informed me they are in possession of a dolly. Great! So I let Uhaul know and they note my account. Fast forward to when I received my bill...Here's the kicker dolly still on my bill and not only that it says I returned the equipment as well. Hmm, I don't know how I could return something that wasn't there to begin with. As fast as merchants are to take your money from your account they should be equally as fast putting it back in. Not satisfied at all and during stressful times the last thing you want and or need is for money transactions to linger.

Speak with the store operator with exactly the rules and terms of the rental just to cover your bases. - Returning early... less miles than suggested, billing, etc. When you do turn the vehicle in again speak to the store operate and document your actual vehicle usage numbers to ensure your bills is properly processed.

after leaving the facility, I found I had been double billed!!! Now I have to wait for an "objection" to be filed to get the charge removed form my credit card. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

This is my 9th rental in as many weeks.. This was by far the best organized and equipped location. And their customer service is simply put.....Outstanding. They really go out of their way to be helpful and informative.

The vehicle we rented did not have air conditioning. My husband suffered from severe dehydration as a result of driving this vehicle for 4 hours in above 100 degree temperatures. At 11:30 PM when we arrived at our destination the outside temp was 96.

Marked incorrect quantity on gas gauge. Gray area between marks. I've used uhaul many times before and after this experience I am looking to reconsider.

I had a good experience with the location itself; however I did not have a good experience with the truck. My issue with the truck is that is was stalling to change gear. as I accelerated it was struggling and kept hearing a high pitch noise, then it would jolt and change gear. The location I took it back to said it could be the transmission, but honestly felt the truck would stall or blow up based on what I heard.
