Customer Service at this location is very bad. The Equipment was far below uhual standards as we rent REGULARLY from my company. Took pics of the truck that was damaged on both sides and blue paint spilled all over the hood and front on the passengers side. Took pics of the damage as the customer service rep when told about it said she did not need to mark it down because it was previously documented She did not check the gas or mileage. She just handed me the keys and basically said later. I felt like she did not care and felt like I could be held responsible for the damage that was already done. That's why I took the pics.

Don't charge them for extra days when they have turned the truck in, as I did. I had the truck for less than a day, but because the site was closed, and didn't reopen until Monday morning, I was charged for 2 days. This is very poor business practice, and you have lost a customer.

To start with, I'm not happy that I was given a quote of $36.and change. Because The Van was only for one day, The fact that I was charged for two days is Robbery and is Unethical. I will never do business a company who Does not hold true to honest business.

Trucks suspension needs to be checked out. Extremely unstable even empty. Passenger side mirror is loose and needed to be adjusted constantly on the trip.

My understanding the truck had a hydraulic lift in the back and not a ramp. I was charged $29.75 EZ gas sales after I was certain to return the truck at or slightly above the gas level when I picked it up.

No gas in the truck they put some in from gas canister from lawnmower shop had to rush to gas station and pay more than I should have to make sure I didn't get stranded, didn't have my 2 dozen blankets I reserved. The funny thing is I called and spoke to Michelle at 8:15 am the same morning of pick up and she stated that they had everything I needed. Not good.

My experience at this location was fustrating. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck because the system was "slow" and it was their first time ever renting to anyone. The person who helped us had to call Uhaul support for step by step instructions on what to do. I think that Uhaul can improve customer experience by training contractors on how to use their service and updating their entry procedures to the 21st century. The person who helped us was nice but not knowledgeable.
