I wish he would of rang me up or closed out my account while I was there so I could of addressed the issue right then and there and at the very least put gas I didn’t use back in $20 bucks and then made a discrepancy instead of my credit card being charged at this point fraudulently. Is that the police to take the keys and then send a invoice? I will never do that again!!!!

Previously, I had made my order with the UHaul Center In Pico Rivera. When I called in to check the order on the day for pick-up they had me down for a 6:00PM pick-up when I specifically I had made the request for a 1:00PM pick-up. The girl did not know much and could not help much. My son had worked at UHaul and asked her to check on nearby locations to see if there was any truck available. She did not know what she was doing and didn't really care that we might not have a truck for my move. Terrible Center! And just to let you know this center was where my son worked at as a manger and he good employees as well as himself!

This relatively small corner lot which is about the size needed for your average gas station had a mini-market, full service carwash, 12 pump gas station, 2 bay oil change building, and this u-haul office. No parking was available, and we had to park/leave our personal vehicle 1/2 block away in an apartment complex.

It’s hard to find the office hidden in the corner among all the other businesses in the same location. For drop-off, I left the truck parked at the gas pump, as there was no other place to park it.

Had to go to their other truck yard to pick up truck, gate was locked when I was told it wasn’t. Then had to wait 1 hour for gate to be unlocked. I returned truck and was never sent email with final charges even though I did check-in.

Customer service is an important role for me therefore my total experience felt negative. Picking up the truck was pleasant, the employee I think his name was Alfred is nice and kindly answered my questions. But when I returned the van the guy at the service desk was extremely rude. Reading another review for today it seems another customer had the same negative experience. He was on the cell phone when I entered and I completely missed him and asked another employee where could I park the truck because there was no parking. Then i hear his voice and that’s it complete negative attitude from there on. Every time I asked a question he was rude in his reply like I was inconveniencing his day. I don’t know if he owns the shop or just works there but I’m a customer treat me kindly with respect because thanks to customers like me you he has a business/job. I was expecting it and hoping that previous reviews where wrong but no he makes your experience completely negative. I didn’t even mind the inconvenience of having to go two blocks to pick up the van even though that added an extra mile to my trip. His attitude was the problem. Wish he would have greated me with his name then I could have been more specific in my review.

the owner looks like not want people to interrupt him to use his cellphone. when i return the van, i just ask him what is the next step because i saw his crow drive the van away out of my sight. he finally move his eye from his cellphone and look at me and tell me " i don't know what make you come with a bad mood but we doing our best to assist you. it's not our fault to give you a bad mood. " i am surprised that by only asking him what will be the next step then i am assured to treat him with bad mood ??? If his phone game or video is more important than the business, then stay home not to come to work !!!

The location on Arrow help me by renting the equipment to me. Prior I had to reschedule because U-Haul store sold me under rated capacity tow hitch. Then I rescheduled to another pick up location. When I arrived they forgot I said that I needed it for 24 hrs. So it wasn’t available and I had to drive to another place two city’s away. I had to cancel my hotel stay and drive 20 hrs to make up for the lost day. I wish there were another rental company to use. I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul Phone reservation.

make sure the rented truck is back for the next customer, have parking for the customer, if you are going to offer the customer a credit back don't take 2 weeks and 3 phone calls from the customer to get it.

it took over 2 hours to get my trailer and i had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. when i got there they had no accessories. I forgot my hitch and they had none. had to drive again to find a store. i had to help him use the computer to put in the correct info. after an hour he finally called someone on the phone. i will NEVER go back to this store.i also left with no lights working on the trailer. i had to go to another store to find the correct adapter.
