We were told we could drop off the keys and go. At this location -staff questioned several times to see contract which after moving I have no idea where that was. Finally she took the key and looked up in the system to confirm.

On my receipt they had for me to return the truck on the same day, after I ask for 2 days. Plus the manager and the worker was very rude. I was charged extra. But I will NEVER NEVER go to those rude bitches again. Very poor customer services.

The U-Haul rep should get familiar with the U-Haul systems so that it does not take so long to get the new client information entered into the system when they arrive to check in, and specially if they have already scheduled pick up online . Or maybe when they call to confirm their pickup instead of telling the caller to just come in you can go ahead and get their information ready for their arrival by looking them up in the system prior to. People do not want to spend all day waiting to check in

I did early checkin and I was there for 40 minutes trying to get my paper work for the hauler. Someone had to reenter my information over the phone to process my paper work. I had no assistance hooking up the car hauler and returning no one help to on hook it also. I will never rent from this establishment again.

There was one person there that was doing his job but overall it was disorganized, sloppy, non-caring, etc. I was there for around 30 -45 minutes and the paperwork was messed up when I left!

While the staff at this location was very nice, the uhaul truck I rented was dangerously in need of maintenance, when turning the wheel it made horrendous noises and shook violently; it was extremely unsafe to drive.

he lady she works there was very crazy. because  I ordered my truck and came there to pick up. she was inside with somebody and she asked me why you came here?.  I told her...I said to pick up my truck and she said I told you where to go? I said you didn't tell me nothing where to go just filled last night online and I showed to her my license and credit card. After she check my  credit card and license she told me she say call somebody?...I said why because my age is 29. She said I need somebody, because you don't have to drive yourself by using rude conversation. I was confuse and what's going on, I say no manager? She said am manager. I said ok, if you are manager you suppose to help me so how you can talk like that? Because am new i don't have the idea where to go.....and she said just call your friend by showing angry face. After she checked my friend's license then she gave to me truck key....so this is very bad experience to serve the costumor like that...so no more rent car from over there including my friends and also am going to put on social media because they not respect the costumor.

I left the vehicle clean. Swept it out before returning it. But this was my experience with the people that worked at the place! I have now received two invoices with the same invoice number. The 1st one I received was correct and what I was shown on tablet. They were unable to print me any receipts. Also the gas tank on paperwork showed the tank was completely full, it was close, but about 1/8th of tank short of full. I drove truck 9 miles, which was the correct mileage I drove the vehicle. I also completely filled up the tank because since the paperwork showed it was full, someone would try to charge me extra bc it wasn't completely full. Now I have gotten a new receipt showing I drove 15 miles which is incorrect. I will dispute the charge if it shows up on my CC. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of, even though they already did so by marking the truck full of has to begin with, and NOW they want to try to scam an additional $7.00 and change out of me! I should have received a credit for the additional gas I had to pay for that was not in the tank! Dana Thompson.
