Didn't even want to come out and take the trailer off. Told me where to park it and drop it. They did take it off because I just flat said I cannot do it.

I was told there would be no additional charge for dropping in the overnight slot in Quinlan, but then for whatever reason Parkway Motors charged me an ADDITIONAL $47 for one-day rental + taxes & fees. That made the truck rental almost $200 for a 60 mile trip - not worth it at all. I'll rent from somewhere else next time.
PETER S.A saving grace in a horrific move, Kelly went out of her way, even out of town on a family emergency, to help with the rental and return of equipment leased. Will definitely use her or Knapp Sisters in Mansfield, TX again. Both were friendly and helpful.
