I was unhappy with my experience because I was being moved around from location to location till I walked in to this and expressed my Concern About being moved around that I would be charged more for the truck upgrade and having to drive further to get a truck when they didn't have the truck I had ordered. This was very upsetting and not a pleasant experience

Answer the phone and clear the mailbox. Have better lighting and post drop off instructions where visible without having to open drop lid. I missed it before placing the keys and could not provide requested information with keys. Also it would help to have a designated area marked for equipment drop off to be parked.

I am very satisfied with my rental experience with Black Rock Gardens U-Haul. It was fast, easy, and convenient. I reserved a truck online only one hour before needing it and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. We had to request the truck be checked for tire pressure and oil level.

The vehicle that we got showed we went 9 miles more than we went . I looked down at the gage and saw that we were at 112,000 miles even, and then I looked at the gauge a half mile later and it said 112,009 miles. The weatherstripping on the driver side door was falling in on me as I got out and got in. I have used a U-Haul lots of times, and I've never had these kinds of issues .

I was not notified ahead of time about the $20 charge for paying by card. The locking handle on back door is a poor design. The latch got stuck & we had to take it back to get it unstuck. Lucky for us the office was within a mile of our location.

Print the contract in a WIndows usable format. They sent the contract in a Apple format which I could not read. Put a trailer jack to lift the hitch off the ball. Had an emergency and taking the loaded trailer off was a 3 man job. I ordered a furniture dolly and they only had an appliance dolly. They miscalculated the dolly pricing but the receiving location made it right.

So the online folks saved me about $40 by helping me find a pickup and return close to my home vs the one way. Kept in contact, sent texts and just pleasant to talk with. "GREAT JOB" The gentalmen at the storefront were no less impressive! KUDOS to all!

Hours are 9a to 12p Tues-Fri. Did not return phone messages, email or post-it note left on front door. Had to drag Mike from his desk to check in my vehicle. No help offered to unload car and auto transport even when asked.

Bolts and latches on the door for the trailer where missing when I picked it up. I had to make an emergency stop enroute to my destination for emergency repairs. The staff at this location was untrained and irritated at me for pre-paying for the trailer rental.

Make sure proper fuel is correct in the trucks and better customer service. When store is open make sure associate is there or put a be back in so many minute sign
