When I got to the location drop i was unable to upload the pictures as requested I tried calling the company and I was on hold for 30 mins than disconnected I emailed the company regarding this problem and I was still charged 20.00 for website problem I honestly think that is unfair and I always use Uhaul for needs
the man who showed me the trailer was rude, but the lady was friendly.
The associate that helped us was extremely rude. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She huffed and puffed when we walked in and told her we had a reservation for a uhaul. She was nice to the people she was helping before us. But once it was us she had an attitude. Then she wanted to argue with us about the card we were using. I'm definitely not happy with her customer service.
I was there on time to return my truck after hours. Your site was not able to find my location. I stood there for 20 min refreshing the page and retrying and it never found my location. Because of that i couldnt check in to drop off the truck and you guys charged me $20 extra. I took a screenshot of your site saying it couldn't find my location and showing i was there before my check in time. Horrible experience and a huge waste of my time trying to check in and drop off
This place was very unprofessional. I've used U-Haul for a very long time and I've never had an experience like I had today. The way I was talk to the way I was treated the way I was dressed when I brought up the concern was non-professional. And I made an appointment for 2 and was told she was on lunch and I need to wait, that was a 1/2 hour. I then waited at the front gate for them to let me in to never have anyone let me in so I open the gate myself and let myself in and then I was yelled at scolded. For touching the gate. Then I called and let them know I was running a little bit behind they told me no problem I called U-Haul one 800 number and told him I was running over a little bit behind they told me no problem and they put a note on my account. Then when I dropped off the trailer I was charged for a second day and the second day was $15 more than the first day. This place is a joke, this third-party U-Haul seller should not be in operation with U-Haul is not what U-Haul represents. And then when I disputed what she was telling me in a kind respectful manner I was laughed out and said good luck getting your money back on charging you full for. everythingSo unprofessional

Made the reservation and picked up the next day, no problems. There was a short time I spent in the office but this is to be expected when you are taking possession of someone else's property. In these stressful times none of their stresses were projected into our interaction. I thank them for their service and efficiency.

This was my first time renting a uhaul. Great 1st experience
checking the truck out was a nightmare , the man helping did not speak much English and instead of answering questions kept pointing to my phone and telling me I had to accept everything. He was not very friendly and would not answer operational questions
First time using the fully automated process as on my smart phone But I like it. Staff at pick up site were exceptionally nice and helpful
Waste of time making reservation online because: 1) Truck was inside of a fenced area and had to be brought to me instead of already waiting for me outside, as advertised, 2) I had to go inside and the lady at the lumber yard verified EACH selection I made online and paperwork had to be signed. Instead of taking 5 minutes to get the truck, it was closer to 30 min of going over things I already BOOKED and VERIFIED ONLINE! But arguing with the people there would've gotten nowhere, taken longer, and may have resulted in me not getting a truck at all. So I just jumped through the 20th century hoops to get it over with. On a positive note, she loaded the appliance and utility dolly in the truck for me...and I let her :)
Easy to sign out a truck. It was in great condition. Clean, gassed up and ready to go.

Welcoming a customer as they come Through the door. Instead of â€œhay you, what are you here for!â€ I will never go back there again to rent a trailer or buy any of the products.
I was very impressed by the professional courtesy at this location. I pulled up, they checked my equipment and unloaded it for me. I highly recommend this location!
