The problem I had was the charge once the U-Haul was turned in. They actually double charged my account. (day before payday) which really made life complicated. I had to borrow money from my mom. This was a huge inconvenience.

The text uhaul sends doesn’t give the name of the company. I spent half an hour looking for this place because it’s behind the Costco gas station with no DROP OFF UHAUL HERE signage. Driving down a dead end street with a 15’ truck is not the time to feel lost. Additional signage or texting the name of the place would have been very helpful.

I enjoyed the after hours check-in method. One thing that is not clear is what to do with dollies or blankets. I left them in the back on a previous rental, but the back is unlocked and the company couldn't find the dolly even though I returned it. I put it in the locked cab this time, but maybe you should advise this since things out of the unlocked back could get stolen overnight.

I had been told by the clerk at the Magnolia pick up location that I drop of the trailer at any U-haul location. I needed to return my trailer on Memorial Day so I chose this location since it was a 24 hour drop-off location. However, whenever I followed up the next day, the manager said they did not accept trailers and had to call U-haul to take the trailer. Again, there is no information given or indicated on the U-haul website about this fact.

The lady at the front desk tried to charge me for the wrong reservation. I barely used the gas and you charged me $25 for gas? The difference is not even $5. I will never use uhaul again and I will convince as many people I know to never use you as well.

Your app is the absolute worst i tried to get that uhaul after hours but your app even with customer assistance 6 different times 6 different customer support team members we could not navigate that app to be able to get the uhaul that night which by the way really sucked cuz we needed it I had to wait til the next morning and go there to get the uhaul and thank God for you the man thier was such a kind caring truly apologetic and compassionate man that I did finally rent the uhaul cuz I was about to just let you have it tell you how pissed off I was and what you could do with your app and your uhaul so really the sweet man at Puyallup affordable storage is a God send for you all he defused the situation and provided great customer service on your behalf as well as understanding the issue and by the way you should talk to him cuz he can fix the problem you have with your app great guy you have there and the only reason I continued to do business with you at that point so you are truly blessed to have a great person like him representing your company

Everything was fine up until checking out. Debit card was charged when I asked to use a different one, also was overcharged $20 for using dolly and blanket, which I didn’t use and the zip ties were not broken. Verified by U-Haul.

Location was GREAT! The girl working the desk was prepared, had checked the truck to be sure it was ready, and was friendly. Info on UHaul site was not correct for this location. When I reserved the truck online, I was told that the location didn’t open until 10am (I reserved the truck for 9am), but that I could use self check in with my mobile device. I got a call around 8pm stating that this location did not offer self check in, and was offered another location ornthat I could pick the truck up at 10am. The later time wasn’t ideal, but wasn’t that huge of a deal. When I got to the location a few minutes after 10, I was told they did in fact have self check in (I probably didn’t reserve the truck early enough for them to set the code). It would have been nice for the person that called me to let me know that was the issue, rather than they just don’t offer that. I was also told at the location that they actually do open at 9am. I wish the UHaul site would have had the correct info. I was glad that UHaul called me to let me know there was an issue, but obviously they didn’t have the correct info and there wouldn’t have been an issue. Again, the location was GREAT - wish UHaul had the correct info online.
