Hello, 1. Just to let you know, I will always come back to U Haul for my storage and moving needs! 2. I was told that the truck I rented was just repaired onsite(at the convenience store). It had had a check engine light on but it was good to go now, the manager told me. 3. The truck looked like it had driven through a mud pit, the manager mentioned that she had asked your mechanic to take it back to the shop to repair and wash it, but the mechanic declined her request. Very poor internal customer service towards your vendor. I would hate to think that your mechanic doesn’t respect your older vehicles, he should be reminded why he has a job. 4. After about 5 miles, the check engine light came back on, the truck had some very concerning moments for me in the way it was struggling to keep running, but with a full load and a new house to move into, I had to limp it along and everything worked out. 5. I turned the truck back into the night clerk at the convenience store and tried to explain the issues that I had and to pass it on to the manager so it could be repaired properly this time. He really didn’t care, all he needed was the key. Poor attitude, this encounter doesn’t belong to you, but you may want to start providing a check in form so management can maintain positive control of your vehicles. 6. We wanted to rent for an extra four hours. They said no way. Then she said she would call back and let us know one way or another. After 90 minutes I called her back. No answer. We had the UHaul back at noon. They ask why we didn’t keep it until four. We took all items out and left them on grass. Had she called back it would have really helped. Disappointed

I scheduled to pick up my uhaul at a different location and went there to find out they didnt have one and nobody had notified me that my location changed. Once I got there I had to sit on the phone with ups because my app wasnt set to 24 hr pickup and then we had issues with live verification. I was an hour late for pickup and had a terrible experience.

Unaware that vehicle was there, not helpful with rental experience and offering help. Sour attitude and passing the buck to call "Uhaul Customer Service" to assist. "not my problem" was common response. Also when returned they freely just charged me $64 for fuel when it was returned with nearly 1/4 tank. When I called again told to call UHaul customer service and then snide remark about we shouldnt feel bad about charge since they didnt charge us a cleaning fee. Truck was returned in the same condition we got it. Terrible experience, terrible customer care, terrible people. Overall terrible. Will never do business there again nor shop in the gas station the rental location is located in. If I could give it zero or negative stars I would.

Scheduled two dollys and 15 truck. Only got one dolly (charged for two) and the bed was vey dirty. The person said they knew it was dirty so we didn't have to clean it out. Very unprofessional won't rent from here again.

The back of the vehicle was not clean, and the attendant did not go out to review. I returned the vehicle after adding the amount of fuel she told me to (1 gallon per 10 miles driven) since it only had a partial tank, and had a different person check the vehicle in. I received the bill today for almost 50% more than expected, due to a 'cleaning charge' and 3 gallons of extra fuel. The stuff she said was in there was in there when I rented it! How does U-Haul expect people to just let this go? I've already contacted the local office and my credit card company. Will have a hard time trusting U-Haul again and would never use this location again.
