Charlie H.Reserved a pickup truck for 3 hours and when i got there at 7:30 am the guy said it was double booked and it was already spoken for. That being said the truck was in the parking lot still and it was still there when i came back to return the other vehicle i rented instead. Thats not the customer service i have had in the past with other U-Haul places the guy didn't even get up to inspect the vehicle and i wasn't going to wait for his lazy attitude, took my before and after pictures to cover my end and left. If you promise something or book something in advance you should honor it. The customer doesn't care if don't want to put miles in your new truck is there to be rented out and to be used and not to look pretty in your parking lot. I wont recommend this location to anyone really awful service.
