The only problem was that the original truck they assigned to us had a tire that was completely bald on the outside tread of the tire. We wanted to be given a different truck for fear of a blow out while going over a mountain pass. We did get a different truck, but the young man said rain wasn't in the forecast so we shouldn't have any worries. We disagreed and got a different truck.

I had a very unpleasant and unhelpful experience with the Ace hardware floor manager, Tarren. When I returned the trailer to this Pullman location, he argued with me, telling me that there was no way I could return the trailer there, and that my only option was to return it to the pick up location in Spokane (in contrast to what Mike at the Spokane U-Haul location had explained to me when I picked the trailer up). Tarren was quite obnoxious and showed no desire to be helpful. Eventually I was able to explain what I had been told at the pick up location, including that I fully understood that there would be additional fees for dropping the trailer off in Pullman, and he eventually acknowledged that I could, indeed, do this.

I had stopped to put gas in prior to dropping it off at U-Haul. The gas gage when I got to U-Haul read at the bottom of the 1/4 line. The attendant gave me credit for 1/4 tank, so that I would not have to pay a $35.00 fee.

This was, by far, one of the worst experiences with moving I have ever had. Uhaul canceled our reservation the morning we had planned to move. The reason? Because they gave our truck to someone else. We reserved the truck first. These other people came in that morning and were given our truck. In what world is that fair? Apparently "reservation" means nothing to Uhaul. Even after recognizing their mistake, they refused to honor our reservation and still gave the truck to the other people. I am appalled that this is an acceptable business practice. People depend on Uhaul for moving and plan their schedules around the reservations Uhaul claims to offer. We were able to get another reservation for the next day. But there was no compensation or anything to indicate that Uhaul values our business and wants to keep us as customers. Furthermore, what if we could not have moved the next day? Does Uhaul recognize or even take ownership for people that rely on them? Uhaul could not be further from dependable. I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen and will encourage people to seek alternative means for moving.

We used the app and the truck was suppose to be assigned at 730 am but it wasn't. The store opened up at 8 am and the worker took care of us.

Needed the van in a hurry and only for a very short time. The person was very acomadating and exceeded my expectations. This is now my go to U-haul provider in the Palous.

The representative was very helpful. We had called UHaul to verify an early dropoff of our Auto transport, he took care of it. The next day when we returned TWO trucks, there was a problem in one of the dropoff points. He called and got it ok’d to save us a hassle.

Dropped off overnight. Came back to check in the morning and they had not checked in and said they were swamped and would do the paperwork later. Seemed odd.
