Small location and really packed with trailers and a couple of trucks, but the two-man crew were very kind, most upbeat and happy and welcoming. Dropped trailer off and left...no drawn out process, very nice!

We were to get out trailer at the main uhaul location put for some reason we had to go to vip when i got there they did not have the adapter for my brake plugin so i had to go to auto zone, we er==were not happy we had to change locations and then had to go get a plug

the worker at this location used foul language and was not professional. Initially our equipment was supposed to be picked up at the Hwy 69 Address in Prescott. We were not happy about finding out the night before we had to drive more into Prescott to get the truck & trailer.

Gentlemen who helped us, I believe his name was Wayne was tremendous. We were running behind on the packing of the U-Haul and he was kind enough to stay later at his location to accommodate us so we could go on the road. Great customer service

It was hard to contact the owner. He did not answer the phone. Blamed Uhaul for not changing his number. He didn't answer his own private cellphone. Once there he was fine. Just could not contact him or Uhaul 1-800-468-4285. Uhaul national number placed me on hold for 20 minutes.

Make sure dealers answer calls when posted on their own business. -said to call in immediate need. No answer. Dismissive. Said his brother in law or brother has a dispensary and uses the uhauls to transport goods. Ensure those troubleshooting problems get back into a line more immediately. Starting at the back of the line for a problem is a serious deterrent for returning business. Uhaul rears reeking of marijuana upon opening doors is a HUGE negative. It was the absolute worst experience in all my time using Uhaul. This experience will definitely have a huge factor in where I take my business and where I suggest people go. 2.5 hrs to solve a problem. App didnt work. Website didnt work. Calling the dealer didnt work. Online chat help had absolutely no response. I was transferred at least 4 times. I finally got the code to get the truck. Walk around. Open the back and all I smell is marijuana. Okay. Get a replacement. No paperwork with updated information is given. Okay. Get the actual truck. Wrong truck. Get the right truck. Etc etc. It was a giant disaster. Talk to a uhaul manager? Not uhauls fault. What?? On record it was admitted the website had problems, and so on. In the end, the third truck worked. No pot. Matching paperwork. Bad? No walkthrough or thoroughness. It was a 'okay, here, go away,' experience. Lots of waiting repeatedly on hold with multiple calls made to get one moving truck. 2 managers were talked to either directly or through the rep. 0/10 I would drive farther to a reliable dealer. Hell, go with a different company. The extra money spent is worth it.
