The vehicle should be cleaner than it actually was. It was tough to mark the vehicle as clean with the state that it was in, but we didn't want to clean it ourselves or wait for it to be cleaned.

Easy pick up and drop off nice staff I'd definitely rent here again
Kanita D.The location is very convenient and they were well equipped for what I needed. The return process was complicated, not any fault of this location. The gentleman that accepted my return was noticably frustrated and he didn't hide it. Not unfriendly or rude as I didn't feel the need to correct him. Overall I would still recommend this location and feel I had an above average experience.
