I booked on line that morning was told after driving from one spot to another there was no truck even though I made reservation??????? I finally was given a ten foot truck but was charged for 15 ft truck. Very dissatisfied but because it was done online nothing I could do about it???? When I called no one answered my questions??? Years ago such a good service problem free not now. How your service has changed.

I would not ever use uhaul again or recommend to anyone . CSR are rude and do not care whether u have a truck to move or not . I reserved a truck for a one way move and was never told there was a chance I would t get one . A few days I called to verify since I had not heard from anyone and it was then u was informed I would have to drive 30 mins away to pick up one and that it was not a 26ft but a 15 ft . Lady was rude and laughed when I cried saying I needed the 26 ft
Never change customers reservations without asking them. Improve your customer service.
The woman at Pottstown Roller Mills deserve high praise, for going beyond normal service. Trying to procure the van from your website is a complicated confusing mess and was taking way to long. I ended up being late for my pick up appointment. This is the only thing that would keep me from using your service again. I'm so grateful she stepped in and got us on our way in no time!
Make the online process simpler
The online pickup approval took over 15mins for approval to be reviewed. If would be great if this took less time.
Have a person available for check in. The person at the store was not helpful. Didn't know you had to check in using my phone. I had a problem and waited for a service rep for a half hour or more. Couldn't find the x sticker or whatever it was to see if the dings and paint damage was already listed or not .... I won't use uhaul again.
Checking in through the phone is horrible and time consuming. Why can't I just go into the store and register?
One of the rudest most unprofessional employees I've encountered. Ways to improve...maybe just some basic customer service training or proper manners would be a good start. Will never go back to this place of business for any reason. No issues at all with uhaul itself I'm speaking in terms of Pottstown Roller Mills.
Usually the self check-out system with my cell phone was a bit scary as no human being was there in case of a problem. It will be easier next time.

Your on line pick up platform is not user friendly at all. The woman at Pottstown Roller Mills location was nice enough to assist me so I could get my truck after 20 minutes of frustration on your website. This was just a precursor to my drop off experience later in the day. Not a fun day. Having spoken to numerous others, I am confident in believing it is common that your system needs tweaking.
This was the worst experience I could imagine. The people were incredibly rude. I wish I could have taped the interaction. The mobile checkin did not work. I was handed keys. Never given paperwork. The clerk never told me anything. I told her the checkin check out experience was awful. She told me tough. She said that I should of done the other checkin. Which I did. She told me I did it â€œhalf-assedâ€. I ordered 15ft. They gave me 17ft. They switched the pickup point and told me I had to returned 2 hrs before the time I booked it for. I will NEVER use a U-Haul ever again. Plenty of other companies that are respectful. I do not not want to hear that it is independently owned, etc. Your logo is on the building. I know I will never get a response but it is therapeutic to put pen to paper. Everyone in that store should be fired. It's an embarrassment to U-Haul. Never again. Enjoy my money.
Contactless check in was flawed, when I asked for help on the phone the two ladies were so rude and I had to plead for help after they told me the only person who could wasn't there. They treated me as if I was a burden to them. Very unprofessional and will never go back again for my company needs as we normally do. I'd rather drive further for same products.
Everything was great from pick up to drop off
make the app work properly. adding/removing the app on 3 phones and 2 operating platforms and it still didn't work. had to call customer service and they told me to use the website, then everything worked fine.
Little direction from the facility on how to log in online. Furniture pads that I rented were not in the truck.
The uhaul pick up truck was dirty in cab and back. Mirror was kinda tilted and not right on drivers side and a black mark was on side near gas thing.

The employees inside were very rude. I did my order online and when I went there to get the truck I was told that they have nothing to do with Uhaul and they don't have the keys for the trucks. They told me that U-Haul was supposed to send me a code to get into the lock box to get the key to the truck. I never got a code I had to call U-Haul back sat on hold for 12 minutes got transferred three times and then they had to call the store I was picking the truck up at and lo and behold the keys were inside the building. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
