I would say they need to work on the after hours drop off so the store people know how to check in a unit. other then that all was good. . .

When we went to pick up our reservation, there was one person to pump gas, deal with the convenience store, and complete the paperwork for our transaction. We waited for over an hour for the transaction to get completed. While waiting, we checked the trailer out ourselves; we found that a homeless person was living in the trailer. There was no pre-inspection to ensure that lights and tires were functioning properly (we reserved a small trailer). It took multiple phone calls between the employee and her boss to get the paperwork completed (the employee had never been trained on this paperwork). As a side note, during our 60+minute wait, we observed drugs being sold out of the gas station, alcohol being purchased for minors, and a large amount of sexual and drug related items for sale by the convenience store. Not a place we will return to.

There is only one person to fill multiple roles: U Haul dealer, gas attendant, mini mart cashier. It took a long time for me to get served. I had rented moving blankets. They had none. I had to drive to a U Haul facility to get them putting miles on my truck. None of this was the attendant’s fault. She was a pleasant person to deal with. I blame the manager for not having enough personnel. Returning the truck was quick and easy.

A girl name Ashley told me to take a picture of the mileage along with the gas tank and showed them after I returned the truck. I came back and showed the picture as proof the cashier at the location told me that he doesn’t need to see the pictures. I ended up filling up the gas (full tank) but when I got the truck it wasn’t full at all. I literally rented the truck to deliver my dresser from my mom’s place to my new place and the location is only one block away from the rental place, my mom’s place, and to my location. Unfair that I have to fill up the tank when I literally returned it where the tank mark. Unbelievable but I learned something new that day.

It was a waste of time when returning U-Hual. There were extra fees because they said it was it was late . Their system was not working. I was there on time but they were serving other costumers after me. Therefore it was their fault for not doing the process on time. I don't recommend them. Find a better place to go and don't waste your time like I did.

Tried to file a complaint because the agent insulted my husband and the agent punished us by making us wait 30 minutes before she would help us. Yelled at us during this time and spoke badly about us to other customers in front of us.

The truck was dirty when we arrived to pick it up. There was a bunch of nasty stuff in the cup holders and seats of the truck. The back of the truck had not been swept out very well either.

U-haul did not contact me, as indicated in my confirmation email, to notify me of my pickup location, which caused a delay to our trip. Having more than one person available at the store counter would significantly expedite the process. I had completed check-in online to save time and the process still took an hour from the time I arrived, further delaying our trip.

When I told the person helping me that I had a Uhaul to pick up, he immediately told me he didn't have any Uhauls. I then pressed that I had a reservation that was confirmed the day prior, he again said he didn't have any reservations. Luckily I brought a printed confirmation and gave it to him and magically there was a Uhaul available. He then informed me that they didnt have protection pads which the website said they did, no big deal. But he informed me that it would be $120. I informed him that I prepaid online and he argued that that isn't something one can do on the website. Again, I showed him the print out confirming the amount I had already paid and then all of a sudden he was able to see the transaction. Moving in general is already incredibly hectic but this last minute experience took it past the norm. The person who helped me was most deceitful and unhelpful. I will try my best to never use any Uhaul services and will inform my friends and family of the same.

We did not select this location and had to go out here instead of going to the uhaul shop we selected. Carlos was a great guy and clearly the local community loved his shop and he had many frequent visitors. Unfortunately no one else was trained to run the convenience store or uhual machine. It was pretty difficult to get the service completed while he was helping customers buy cigarettes. Please don't let him see this review I am sort of scarred he will send some of his friends to mess with me, it was definitely not a safe feeling trying to figure out what the heck I was supposed to do. Once again, nice guy in a scary hood with too much going on...

Dee Dee is service staff. She doesn't know how to login to system and didn't know where/who to call for help. I had to call. And she always turns to sell for other customers, let me wait for moren than 40'. Not acceptable!! Bad very bad!!! No no.... Never come back!!! And I don't think groceries story is right place for uhaul to have branch. I will never rent at gaz/grocery store. Tks

Reserved online and received confirmation with correct information, but when attempting to pick up, a majority of the information was incorrect (such as date and time of pick up, personal information, etc.), which resulted in a very frustrating discussion and eventually the question of whether there was even a truck that could be rented. The clerk at time of pick up was very rude. The truck was dirty, and not well kept. Ordered online to have a utility dolly for use, but never received one. I will never return to this location again. The service was terrible.
