The drop off location was unattended, no one informed that it was only a parking lot. I was no able to get a received. They charge $30 extra of my contract. I had 200 miles, I did 190 miles, I leave the gas exactly like I. Received 1/2 tank, and I am not satisfied with the extra charge. It was guarantee total charges $214.97. And they charge to my card $244.97. I am not satisfied about it.

Johnnie P.The location was changed after I booked. The link to upload my license and another to take picture of dash did not work. I was over 1:15 minutes late to get this truck to my helpers for a personal move. Our move was to another city and I had to arrange a ride from my wife since the location was changed. She drove my daughter's van and after fuel and the flat tire, which had to be replaced and for which my wife was unprepared, and the alignment due to having to drive on the flat to a safe place,my total extra costs were $523 and alot of time and agravation..
