First, owner needs to clean his U-Haul and check all the lights are working properly or not. U-Haul that rented today smells like a shit inside. Very disappointed with the owner. I will never recommend my family and friends for this location. Poor Customer service and communicating skills.

amira C.First of all, have a truck at the location chosen. My pickup was changed twice to farther and farther locations. Then was sent blocks away to get the truck only to find no dolly and had to return to get it. Also, even though there was a snowstorm and the road to the location I was moving to requires them, were no snow tires or chains provided. Could have been very dangerous, or prevented us from being allowed through.
