The vehicle was not particularly clean, inside or out. It was parked in a massive puddle and so close to a sign that it blocked the door to the driver's side. The store employee was quite curt and couldn't navigate the website or manage the rental. He ended up calling U-Haul and handed me the phone to sort it out myself. Drop off was fine. There was a different employee and she was lovely.
charge me too much for being late for an hour and the store owner was very impatient and easily-triggered. also doesnt wear a mask and does not follow covid protocol
Overall, the location was fast and convenient. The shop owners are very nice and caring. However, there are NO COVID PROTOCOLS being taken at all. The key was handed to me while the man was coughing, without wearing a mask, 2 feet away from me. The van was presentable (no trash or anything) but obviously not cleaned recently.
Location convenient but actual site was convenience store - rentals not there main gig. Check out guy pleasant but delayed do to shoppers.

Why after summit all required ID we have to take pictures and send it to you...doesn't make sense and it's a waste of time.
The entire process of renting, picking up, and dropping off the 15' truck was a breeze. To top it off, the people I spoke with at Family Milk were very friendly and helpful :) Contrary to other reviews, the truck wasn't parked far away at all - maybe a 2 minute walk at most. It was a great experience overall that took a lot of stress off of my move!
I rented a 15 foot truck for a reason, loading a long work bench. They didn't have the truck the morning and the market didn't have a solution. Called uhaul they told me to take the 10 foot truck that was there. I had no choice but to try to make it work. It didn't work. I couldn't move my work bench. Total waste of money. I only got back 50 bucks which wasn't even worth what I lost in two paid movers that couldn't load a 12 foot work bench into a 10 foot truck. You need to offer people more in incentives when you fail to meet what they initially rented.
Modified my original order (which is placed and checkin online) by adding the CDW coverage without any notification or indication to me that has been changed. Seems like this was not the first time that this happened according to other regular patrons to the store saying how â€œsame thing happened to other U-Haul customers the other dayâ€. This practice is illegal and should be penalized. This creates a horrible reputations for U-Haul. I never had this issues with other U-Haul locations or any car rental companies. Wasted both my time and U-Haul time to resolve the issues.
The location was great, there was an issue with the system and my reservation took around an hour past close to fill, so I recommend making sure your truckshare system is working for after hours reservations. But the owners of the store were very kind and stayed late to work hard to make sure I got my van. The person who helped the owner over the phone (Amanda) was very prompt and got the issue fixed soon after she was called! Thank you Amanda :)

Uhaul should allow the use of debit cards for payment. The credit card payment system wasn't working properly at pick up and it caused me a significant delay.
This is the absolute worse u haul experience ever. I rented a 15' truck off the site with no issues. Went to pickup my truck, the Asian lady does not even bother to check my details. She released the truck to me, and I was ready to load up. She calls me back as the truck is double booked. She demands that I return the truck. No apologies, no compensation for wasting 45 minutes of my day driving to and back. And I was forced to use a smaller truck that i didn't book for, and was not suitable to my needs. This Family Milk does not know how to run a u-haul service, totally incompetent and rude, with no regards to customer service. I've rented before from u-haul and sad to see this image being tarnished by this Family Milk business I would highly recommend to STAY away from this u-haul service. It's a busy location so recommend the mobile rental option for pick up and returns it was very efficient and smooth. Very friendly staff.
In ordered 12 moving blankets for my big move, but none were there when I came to pick it up. The moving truck was filthy inside. The is the second time I pick up from this location and supplies I ordered are not available. Also despite the website saying. I can pay with debit I am always required to use a credit card the most stupid and consumer predatory type of payment option. Why does U-Haul not prepare orders and make sure supplies are at the pick up location? What is the point??
I don't recall signing off for insurance at the time of pick up of the vehicle. Documents and charges were not reviewed with me anD I find it unacceptable that we were one hour late but was charged a full day, and that there is nothing that the dealer could do at the location. It was not a good a customer service experience and I don't think I will be using uhaul in the future or recommend them to anyone.
They gave me a much bigger truck than I asked, and the store owner said he didn't know how to change it and etc..... Then the truck was parked two blocks away with a weird lock on it. I had to struggle to get it off. Overall the store owners customer service wasn't great. Example-serving customers and making me wait after he kept going back and forth with five or six people .... and then saying â€œcome hereâ€.....
I got serious problems in the contractor. The guy using the computer barely knew how to use the computer and fill out the form with my own information. The contract says that I should be charged: $76.83. However, I was charged $106.31. I drove only 6.7 miles and I rented the 15" truck for less than 6 hours. The price charged isn't correct. Even tough, I rented a dolly it isn't correct. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Clean the truck
Remove the negative option on your CDW coverage. It's deceptive and wrong how you force your customers to uncheck this box.
The people there were really nice and help full it is one of my best experience with uhaul thank you
