Robert D.When looking for a rental, I was initially distributed by the padding of cost at some of the rental locations. Although the mileage was listed on line at .69 cents or.79 cents per mile, some locations listed the mileage rate at .99 cents per mile. I believe some franchise locations are increasing their revenue by doing this.
