The uhaul app is bloated and cumbersome. I found myself entering the same information the day before the reservation (as instructed) as the day of the reservation. I had a problem during pickup and tried to call and ended up waiting a half hour before I hung up and managed to resolve it on my own. Drop off was equally frustrating. When I tried to enter the mileage, the numeric keypad did not come up so I could not proceed. I did manage to reach someone by phone and she was very helpful and patient.
Would have been nice yo have been informed ahead of time that they did not have the hand dolly I had ordered (and still charged for)!
Shocked to see the final billing. The rental was for 24 hrs. I guess thats why the mileage charge was DOUBLED . There is no mention of a "Safe Move charge" in the 3 step checkout. Wow, 24 hours gets you guys 2 Days charge.Next time I do this I will be sure to keep the truck for 48 hrs. if thats how you operate.
I was treated very well. I dropped by the day before pickup just to make sure my vehicle would be available. They explained the process to me and when I picked up the van, everything was ready to go. Return went well butI did not read the return instructions ahead of time and locked the van before realizing I was suppose to take pictures of the odometer etc. My error.
Location is great. Service is great. Not having the vans gassed up to FULL is a huge hassle. There is no way to guess how much fuel to put in a tank, so you either overpay for gas yourself, or underpay and then get charged an exorbitant amount for the gas by U-haul. The end result is it seems like a scam by U-haul, a way make a few extra dollars by grossly overcharging customers for gas. This is not the location's fault at all. They're just following U-Haul's policy. But this company policy stinks and leaves a bad impression on the brand and overall experience.

6x12 Cargo trailer had to be swept out before I could load my moving boxes et. al.
They may the rental pickup and drop off the easiest and quickest as it could be. Would definitely rent from then again.
it was not possible for me to navigate the return process via the website - it wouldn't recognize my location even after i had enabled and generally needs to be made much easier as returns are after hours - weather conditions etc may not be ideal. otherwise a very good experience- thanks

The Uhaul App needs improvement. Checking in on the app didn't work so I went inside to the office to finish check in
I made a mistake not checking the van back IN with the app. I'm sure it's operator error, but when choosing to use the mobile app, maybe state that you are not only checking out remotely, but also checking IN. Thanks for helping me correct it :-)
Moving is stressful and Standard Repair helped alleviate some of that stress for us. We had a kind woman who was clearly knowledgeable, get us squared away quickly and efficiently. The equipment itself was clean and reliable. If I needed to rent again, or knew someone who did, I would recommend this location.
The associate that assisted me was great. Very friendly and very eager to assist me. Thank you.
Definitely use the online reservations system it is easy and saves a lot of time I was impressed
The odometer reading couldn't be done as the oil check information had not been reset, causing us to not be able to complete the transaction on line to turn the vehicle in. The woman at Standard Repair was wonderful and most apologetic. Tough times during Covid 19.
I was promised a call Back from a uhaul manager after I did not receive the blankets, hand truck and furniture dolly which were crucial To my move I called the 1-800 Number with a promise of a call within 48 hours and no one called I even left the best number to get me on. Yet I was still charged for my rental And nothing was done to accommodate me or compensate me for the headache and issue.
Mobile drop off convoluted.
i had to call cust svc to get the rental renewed. it expired when i got there after 40 minutes, not 60 minutes.:(
We added two dollys to help with our move. The truck did not have any and at the location we were told they did not have any. If that was the case we should not have been able to add dollys to our online order from this location.
i got there at 4:30 PM and it was closed.
They were great and would definitely rent from them again.
