Very confusing, autobody shop with small U-Haul sign in window. Hard to see entrance. Mid a nice area. Dropped off during non working hours, nobody there
MICHAEL WMain issue is, the reservation was 10:30 in the morning, and the guy didn't show up to even open his business until 10:50. I had a full day planned, including a 6 hour drive ahead of me, so starting a half hour late was not helpful.

Joseph FWhen you change someone’s pick up location you need to make sure that the “code” or pickup instructions are also shared. There was no staff at the pickup and I waited on hold for an hour to get the code to pick up the truck. And then the moving materials I ordered were not in the truck. I had to drive to multiple locations to get the materials I ordered. This whole process set my day back by multiple hours on a day where every minute counts!
