not happy with water leaks in roof of truck, had saturated boxes and it would be preferable had we been told verbally that this was a possibility, and should be fixed. At least if we understood this could happen we would have put plastic over boxes...

I rented a 26' truck. I also rented 24 pads for $20 all on contract # 29386710. I picked up the truck and pads on 15 April and came back on 16 april with my truck fully loaded and having not used any pads so I turned the unused 24 pads back in their original packaging and was promised a $20 refund. I called the man who rented the pads and truck to me, 4-5 days ago. He remembered me bring the pads back and promised to check on the refund. It is now 1 may 2019, I still have not received my refund... can you help? Dave Terry, dsterry44@gmail.com. thank you!

The guy running the place was higher than hell and the whole store has an overwhelming smell of weed. We then went to return the truck during the normal business hours (we were there 20 minutes before closing) and they had already left for the day so we struggled getting the truck checked back in. We didn’t need to return it til 4:30 but went at 12:40 so we could talk to them and they were already gone. I then tried to call and leave a voicemail because we didn’t check the truck back in through the app before returning the keys and the voicemail box is completely full. I won’t ever rent from this place again. My whole expierce was frustrating (even getting it set up to rent). I’m super annoyed they got any money from us.

Charged for extra day on truck even though my return day was Saturday. The truck had one working headlight and needed service. No one seemed to care.

The wiring bundle on the trailer end was not working when I picked u the trailer and the employee at the center replaced the bad wiring on the trailer for me. He went above and beyond his rersponsibility.

Lobby smelled of marijuana and was giving me a headache. I kept having to step outside. Owner didn't keep their uhaul inventory up to date, causing me a huge hassle in trying to get the equipment I ordered. I had to go to another pick up location to get the appliance dolly I ordered, which cost me an additional hour of driving and fuel expense that was never reimbursed.

I called Spencer at 9:30 this morning, hoping that this location had an enclosed 5' x 8' trailer available for pickup at 9:45. They had one, and Spencer said I could come pick it up since it was not reserved. The trailer was clean, Spencer helped hook it up to my van (hitch and safety chains) and checked the lights and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Next time I need a trailer, I'll give this location a call to see if they have the trailer or truck I need for my job, and either pick it up from them, or call UHaul and tell the operator that this is the location that I prefer to go to. Thanks very much, Spencer, for your friendliness and prompt service.

I had no idea that UHaul had this location. Its not as close to my home as another location, but this one had the trailer that I needed to pick up the office desk, shelf and chair that I was buying, and it was on my way to where the furniture was located. The trailer was clean, and the personnel were friendly and helpful in hooking up the trailer and checking the trailer lights. Unfortunately the weather turned bad and we were not able to pick up the furniture. We returned the trailer within about 2 hours, and the clerk refunded part of our rental fee. We appreciated that very much, and will most likely return to this location for future trailer rental needs.

Joey is a cheater. I returned the vehicle in night when the office was closed. I returned the truck with Gas restored to the level where it was when I checked out the vehicle (I have the picture of odometer and the gas station receipt). When I got the bill the next day, I found that Joe charged me for 4 gallons of gas. I called him to tell him that I filled the tank and he refused to accept it. I told him that I have picture of odometer and at that time he cut the call. He was very rude. I called him again but he refused to accept and told me that picture doesn't prove anything. I told him that I will come and show him the truck level but at that time he said that the truck has already been taken by some other customer. He just lied and told me do whatever you want to do. Joey is cheat This is a cheat location and he wants to make money by unfairly charging for gas. Others please be beware.

Things were pretty good. However, there was an engine warning light showing when I started the truck. It said to check the gas cap to be sure it was closed. I checked and it was closed. I went back in and talked to the rental person. He said he knew about the light, but not to worry about it. Essentially he said it was nothing and he would have his mechanic reset it after I returned the truck. I did not feel this was a satisfactory response. I don't think he should have sent me out with that truck showing a constant engine warning light.
