Would have loved to have the truck i requested ready. Luckily the Uhaul support person I worked with made the switch to one of the trucks that were actually on site quick and relatively painless. That being said, great price point and almost seamless operation.

I was not provided a code after check-in for truck return. I was able to make payment and submit pictures but there was not an orange U-Haul drop box. There are two boxes but I didn’t receive a code to access the box to leave the key.
DE'ARMIS QHard to find location and once located the Uhaul lock box was not easily accessible and hard to find.
