This entire experience was a disaster. I booked on line for the location in North Attleboro MA, but was sent to Be Storage in Plainsville MA. When I called to see why, a rude man told me that was the nearest location with equipment. When I got there, they had no idea how to log out the equipment so had to call someone who walked them through the process. It took about 45 minutes. Then, they didnt have boxes at that location, which I had ALREADY BOUGHT ON LINE. So they sent me to the North Attleboro location I had wanted to use. There, I found a giant parking lot filled with trucks just like the one I had rented. They also had a nice and professional staff and had been expecting me to pick up the boxes Fine... irritating but fine... but then came the drop off...

1. Have the equipment where and when you scheduled to get it. 2. make sure the rules for using equipment are laid out and explained. 3. Have the representative set up and make sure the equipment is working properly. 4. Customer should not be sent to three different locations to pick up the equipment. When I arrived at the third location, I had to look around for 20 minutes to find someone. Walking in and out of buildings yelling out for service. Very sad!! I will not use this service again. This is the second time in 6 months.

Customer Service reps at UHaul (NOT at this location) were TERRIBLE. I had questions about my order prior to pick up and the customer service rep was incredible rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. I would likely not order from UHaul again just for that experience. Also, your site is incredibly misleading when it comes to pickup location. You make it sound like a customer is confirming the pickup location- but then you confirm a different location after the fact. You guys know your site is VERY misleading and makes the customer think they're confirming their requested location. Even more frustrating- we drove by our preferred location the morning of our pickup, and there were trucks there! This is AFTER your horrible customer service rep told us there was no inventory at that location. TERRIBLE customer experience.
