I was not able to return the trailer to the location I was told when I rented the trailer. I literally drove right by it on my way to Placerville. It took me 40 minutes to drive there and 40 minutes back home. I am not a happy customer.

I rented a truck in El dorado hills. They did not have the one I wanted so they brought it from Placerville. I did not realize that it was a one way rental. it cost me twice as much as I had planned to spend. If it happens again I'll find a different rental company.

right now I have a call into the U-Haul customer service waiting for a reply to why they are charging me for more days than I had the truck. The person that waited on me when I rented the unit told me to write on the receipt the time and date that I returned it, which I did, then put the paperwork and the key into the mailbox.

I misunderstood what the "destination" meant. The eventual destination is the place I was dropping the truck off. So I had to pay for some extra mileage for the fact that I had to drop my cargo off at my house before going to the truck drop off place. $4, no big deal.

Difficult to return items because I could not find their business hours. They were closed for several days with only a sign stating their return at 9:00. But, I was only charged for my days of actual use, so that was good.

I would like a reimbursement for what was overcharged on my card. For one my wife spoke to guy who rented us the truck once at 2:30 and then he called us back at 4:30 to tell us we had 30 minutes to drop the truck off. When the reason why my wife called in the first place was to ask for a couple hours leway witch both times the gentlman said yes to with no additional charges. So tell me why i was charged for two days and then they added the insurance witch i declined.so instead of paying 60 some odd dollars i get charged 175...

The location was great. It was very easy to back up to the trailer to hook up and drive out. Easy return even though the location was closed on the day of return. Pricing was much better than expected. I will definitely be using this location if I ever need a uhaul again.

The back of the truck smelled funny (a skunk smell?) thus smelling up our furniture for a few days. Also, the receipt that was e-mailed to me is not openable. Keeps crashing my e-mail program.
