The car dolly that I rented from this location had a tire blowout after only 350 miles. This may not be due to faulty maintenance by this staff at this location. But, beyond the faulty equipment the reservation process was a nightmare and I will probably never use Uhaul again.

The people at the location were fine, however, I've never had such a bad experience with U-Haul, EVER! To call me up the day before, telling me I had to drive 1.50 hours away to get the truck and trailer, was absolutely ridiculous! If it weren't for the fact that is was so late in my game plan, I'd have told U-Haul to go pound sand, and taken my business elsewhere. I can guarantee the next time I need to rent a truck, I will go to all of your competitors first, before I will even consider your services ever again!

Did online check in and reservations and nothing was ready . Local uhull thought it was just fine for me to drive a additional 180 miles in the opposite direction I was traveling to pick up my auto transport

This WAS NOT my drop off location. I dropped off in Twin Falls Idaho. This location charged me twice!!! FOR AN EXTRA DAY & milage over.... been back & forth with them for a week. I've spoke with customer service , corporate & so far.... more stress & headache! DO NOT ADD MORE STRESS TO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION: MOVING IS STRESSFUL ALL ON ITS OWN!!! STAY AWAY FROM UHAUL..... THEY MADE MY ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION HELL.... ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS & IM STILL BEING CHARGED EVERY FEW DAYS FOR THINGS I DO NOT OWE!!!! BEWARE.... BE VERY AWARE OF EVERY CHARGE! WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT DAILY!!! MY MOVE WAS PAYED IN FULL BEFORE PICKING UP THE TRUCK. IT WAS NOT EVEN CHARVED TO MY CARD. JUST THESE BS CHARGES.... THE KIND HEARTED FRIEND THAT "PAID" FOR MY MOVE WAS NEVER CREDITED FOR CAR DOLLY OR INSURANCE FOR IT.... UHAUL SAYS HE WAS!!!! Just be aware people!!!!! There's a crook involved somewhere in this big time! Hoping we don't pay attention! Double charging,etc,etc.... watch your back & your accounts. Better yet, use another moving company!!!!

First off the guy was a complete ass at the counter he has throwing paperwork on the floor and when I went to look truck over his exact words were "who cares you bought the insurance". Not only did they make me drive 45 min to pick up at this location. I got the truck with enough gas to make it back to original place I reserved it and had to get gas. The truck windows leaked so they sounded like they were open while driving and the brakes were completely gone. The truck was filthy and I cant believe that Uhaul would Rent a truck like this. I hope to hear from someone in mangment about the quality of service that you provide your customers. This is the first and last time I will ever use your company.

Store employee removed trailer from my truck and told me that he would check it in later, but gave me no paperwork. I went back 3 hours later and requested the same employee check in the trailer and provide me the paperwork. Lazy as shit!

first U-Haul office I checked with gave me a price of 160 dollars, stop closer to home in California and was told cost would be 529. dollars. only cost 80.dollars to take trailer from Baker Or to California was told by U-Haul that was normal.

When we drove to the address that was given to us by the U-Haul address and is also listed in google maps it was a deserted building.The address that they gave us was 23605 State Hwy 88, Pioneer, Ca. 95666. After waiting in our car where we had NO cell service to call anyone, we drove further down the road and found the CORRECT U-Haul place, which was 22540 State Hwy 88 Suite A, Pioneer, Ca. 95666. When we told the guy there he said, "Oh, we moved over a year ago." Someone should have told these people to change the address. We wasted 20 or 30 minutes of our time when we had a lot to accomplish.

We returned an open trailer to this location on January 24, 2017 after hours with U-haul's approval. It wasn't until we needed to rent another trailer in February that there was a problem. I reserved the 4'x8' trailer online the night before and the U-Haul office would call to confirm a time for pick up. The call came in and we were told a time was set for 3:00pm, however when we arrived to pick up the trailer we were told we have been denied rentablity due to an alert from management. we were given a phone number to call and resolve the issue. I asked why and the employee told us "you have our equipment and we cannot continue until you return it". Nancy in customer service did a great job resolving this issue with us. What happened was the facility in Pioneer did not notice that they had an extra trailer on the lot that was not there the day before. How could you not see it, we parked it in front of the office and put the paperwork in the box as requested. We were furious with U-Haul as we had just spent over $600.00 in rental fees and now they accuse us of stealing equipment, all because no one was doing their job in Pioneer. Nancy stayed on the line with us while she called the U-Haul facility in Pioneer. All in all that mistake caused unnecessary stress, and made us over an hour late to get our stuff, that was not pretty either. Turns out the Pioneer facility had the trailer the whole time but failed to check it in. Thank you Nancy and Terri for all your effort in getting us the trailer and on the road.

I should have had the proposed charges explained before the fact and I should not have had to send an email to ask for my receipt after being told I would receive one. I should have been told what the total was being put on my credit card at the time I was being billed and allowed to question the charges. All this is common courtesy, good business practices and respect for the customer.

Change insurance policy to accomodate one day for a one day rental. I don't like having to pay insurance for two days when I'm renting for one.
