Well, It was rainy the days I rented the truck. So naturally there was a bit of foot prints in the cab and in the box. I don't know if that justifies a $25 dollar cleaning fee. Anyway, I loved the convenience of the contactless/self rental availability. GraciasDavid S.

Getting the access to vehicle on my phone was a nightmare! U Haul did not give right phone # to call; I was on hold for over 20 minutes!!! It took over 45 minutes of my time to make this transaction work. I will never do this again or recommend to anyone I value. Awful experience...they make the customer do all their work and no customer service in return!!!Mimi A.
The location was in a closed down business that is no longer there. the Truck was ticked behind the old business so you have to pull into an almost private driveway to get to the truck. The check in system was difficult to use with to many steps that were not well communicated. the same goes for the return of the truck, at the same location but also in the multiple steps for returning the truck. The check in process needs to be better communicated on the amount of steps along with the check out process cause there was no info till after I put my keys in the drop box about getting a pick of the odometer. Overall it was more headache trying to get the truck and return it then my actual move. Truck was clean and worked great.Carlo B.
I rented a truck pick up in Vallejo I get there and learn at 5.30 that it was changed to pinole. So I had to rent whatever was available. I was told Pinol was closed and I couldn't pick up. This was an untrue statement. I could have picked up it was a check in by mobil app. So basically it cost me double to take a little van so I could get started then pick up my truck on Saturday. Your lack of timely informing customers is very negative. You cost me double and was an extra hassle. I'm not very happy at all. I rent at least 2xs per month for my business. I am looking for other options even if it means buying a trailer so I dont have to go through this again. This is the 3rd bad info in 30 daysMaria T.

why am i being charged at pickup and at drop off?? was never informed to fill up the gas before dropping off and picked up the truck with below half a tank to begin with. truck was messy and gross and i should've have been informed of full amount being paid from the start. my friend is moving in a few weeks and i will be telling her to take her business elsewhere so she doesn't get overcharged this is ridiculous i want my money back.mackenzie M.

I went to pick up the truck today and nobody is in the office. It is closed and it's already 9:30 am. Pick up time is 9:00 am. What a waste of time.Michael N.
There were no instructions where to park your car, no instructions as to where to find the key. No employees even though it was 4 pm and the location closed at 5. The mobile client didn't work through the browser even though my location was on and everything seemed functional. Even though I checked in through my laptop at home the app required me to do it again and made me wait for approval for 20 minutes in the hot sun. The trucks were so close that I couldn't open the door without hitting the other truck. Because I wasn't approved the instructions for the location of the key weren't available. The whole process to get the truck took 40 minutes. The price for the level of quality is outrageous. Choosing a different company would've been much easier and much cheaper for me. The truck was disgusting!! The cab was filled with let litter and coffee stained consoles and it reeked of cigarettes smoke!!! The cargo area had a disgusting smell as well!! Absolutely NO care was taken to clean the truck before handing it off!! Seriously low standards and experience.Bharath R.

Any and all issues I had were with the Uhaul app. It is a cellular dead zone, so it was next to impossible to check in and out. I eventually had to go into the office and get in person service instead. The app would not let me upload the pictures showing how dirty the truck was before I checked it out.
